Very bad I asked for dress to be altered it was but did something on the dress that I did not ask for

This is my regular cleaners. I never had a problem with the quality of the clothes after cleaning and this is with all types of fabrics including a wedding dress. I love the alterations I’ve had done at competitive prices.
