Review for Koreans. There are quite a few Korean tourists. These are usually family travel units. The location is not bad as there are many cafes, supermarkets, fast food, and chicken restaurants nearby. You can also get Korean food delivered using Uber Eats. Basically, the hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but the quality is so-so. It's true that the hotel is a bit old, but I feel like they've taken some care in maintaining it, and the room has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. However, the sound of the refrigerator running is a bit loud, so there is some noise. And the downside is the soundproofing, you can hear everything from the bathroom shower coming from the room next door. To be honest, I don't really like it because they didn't clean it once during my three-day stay, but for the price, it's not bad for a family trip. And the other downside is that it is not recommended if you choose this place to travel to Washington DC. Quite a distance from downtown. And if you want to get into the city by car, the traffic jams are severe.Rooms: Not soundproofed. As loud as the refrigerator.Food & drinks: There are restaurants and cafes nearby.Noteworthy details: Breakfast and lunch provided. No housekeeping.

The room (mold) and hallways smelled like mold and sometimes sewage. When it was time for me to leave, I couldn't find a cart to carry my belongings. So, I carried everything by hand from the 3rd floor. That really disappointed me because I stayed on the 3rd of the month to the 21st. I spent a lot of money almost $1,000 dollars a week, and I had a lot of belongings with two dogs. The staff was nice. I loved the meals and atmosphere. But the room experience could have been way better. ?

It makes you feel like home, I just have an issue with the microwave and they promised to fix it. The manager and the assistant were very helpful and had a good customer service. There was a stove, plates, utensils, refrigerator, microwave and it was not far from grocery store and some restaurants surrounded it.I love the setup of the soap dispenser both in the bathroom and the sink area. I will love to visit the type of hotel in the future. The room is very clean too.Rooms: Very clean.Nearby activities: Restaurant, grocery store and salonFood & drinks: Their continental breakfast was good.

Very nice hotel. However, toiletries are bolted in place in the rooms at heights that are tough for kids to reach. There's no common garage cans out. The breakfast area is kinda small.

The staff here were super nice and welcoming. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing about our stay. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, as clearly this location is in serious need of an overhaul. Cannot recommend until there is a total renovation and deep clean…Rooms: Every piece of furniture was filthy, frayed, split open or chipped/broken. See photosNoteworthy details: Mold around the sink in bathroom. Chipped ceramic coating in tub. Tile was separated from grout.

It is in a great location close to a grocery store and restaurants. I liked having access to a stove top and full size fridge. The common areas are constantly being cleaned, but the hotel doesn't seem to have maintains beyond that. I stayed twice for a few nights over 6 week period and the computer and printer for gussets was not operational. Washing machines and dryers seem to breakdown but not fixed.

Room was very nice and spacious! Also very clean. Front desk clerk Jose was very courteous and helpful! You get breakfast from 7:30 am to 10 am but I checked out early so didn't get a chance to eat.

I have stayed at over 3 Staybridge Hotels and this one was not as clean and organized as I expected. The young lady at the front desk for the weekend was very accommodating, however her manager was not. The young lady checked me in quickly and had great customer service. Once I had a complaint the young lady wanted to change my room but the manager stepped in and said no and promised a discount and I did not receive it. After using the kitchen stove top the following morning and it taking 20: minutes to make bacon, the young lady changed my room like she said the day before. I advise if you are going through renovations, SHUT DOWN do not charge $500 for a weekend for a subpart room and subpart housekeeping. I still tip housekeeping, because they did their best for what they had to work with.Nearby activities: N/a

I had a great stay at Staybridge. The checkin/checkout process was very quick and seamless. Parking on site. The room had lots of thoughtful touches (full-size fridge and dishwasher), comfortable bed, and it was super clean. I was really impressed and thought it was a fantastic value. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites for the first time last week for 2 nights to accommodate a business trip. I was very happy with my stay, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room offered a full kitchen which was a great surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

The family and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff was limited but the staff there truly made an effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is ideal as it is readily in the DC Metro but removed enough so that you can avoid some of the traffic. There is a shopping plaza to the rear of the hotel that has a fully stocked grocery store so you can avoid hotel sundry prices. Clarice, one of the staff members, ensured that any inquiry presented was answered and made us feel valued as customers. Matthew, who worked the night shift by himself, provided extra sheets and covers in a timely manner and was very pleasant despite my family's multiple requests. Tyrone, one of the staff members on day shift, helped bring some items during our breakfast despite it not being his primary duty. I recommend staying here in the area.

It’s ok. The front desk was friendly and the hotel as a whole was decent. You guys should really change some of the carpeting throughout the building though. A lot of stains in the hallways, stairwells, and in my room. There was also a strange occurrence which I found weird and intrusive. They posted a letter on our doors that said someone was going to come in to our rooms and do a random check on Friday. I was out for the morning and my room was cleaned so I figured the room was checked too. Nope! 430 in the afternoon while I was relaxing I get a knock on my door and it was the guy to check my room. All he did as flip a couple switches and left. I’m not really sure what the real reason was for this, but you guys just need to wait till the room is empty and then do your “checks”. It was pointless and inconvenient. I posted the letter for reference.
