Glendale Residence is the worst apartment you can ever think of . The management is very poor and disrespectful. It is the worst nightmare that can happen to you. I had a pending issue with them for over 5 months no effort to resolve it. They don’t care about the residents , maintenance etc.

My reason for not giving 5 stars is I just got the apartment on May everything supposed to be changed but everything is old and some broken 😡 my brother has been going to the office but nothing has been fixed besides that I like my apartment the environment is so peaceful and clean 😊 one thing before I forget Fatima is an Amazing person she’s so helpful and professional in her work, she always helps me and my brother.

I’m posting a second review because this issue is extremely serious. My family and I were forced to move after our apartment was broken into. This was a major safety issue, and we could no longer stay there. We did not move out by choice; we moved because the property failed to provide a safe living environment.
Despite this, I was still charged a balance for leaving due to safety concerns, which is completely unfair. I have been trying to reach corporate since September, including another attempt yesterday, and still cannot get a response from anyone.
All I am asking is for this balance to be reviewed and removed due to the break-in and unsafe conditions we experienced. Corporate has not responded to any of my attempts.

So I went in for a tour of a 2 bedroom. I love how Spacious it is and the huge washer and dryer in the apartment. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, however the paint job near the floors… very obvious there was some water damage. It just looked dirty. I asked it the apartment was move in ready and she said “kinda”. The leasing agent was sweet and she told me was new, which is fine. But if I were to move in, I would ask to see the exact apartment I was interested in before I sign the lease because I would hate to be trapped in an apartment that looked kinda dirty. And i’d wouldn’t to hire a painter to fix the walls after I move in. I read the reviews about flooding, mice, and roaches so i’m a little weary about this place… if a 2bd is $2000 a month, I would expect a little more cleanliness and ample parking. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the apartment. Parking is first come first serve and $75 for a reserved spot that is not guaranteed to be in front of your building. Also you need to make 2.5x the monthly rent, which I do. But, I only pay $1500 at Chestnut Ridge apartments for a 1bd 1 den so I will still keep looking around.

I had a hole in my tub and Resident Coordinator who is the best and the head maintenance guy and plumber did an awesome job making sure it got done in a reasonable time frame. The coordinator also seen other drywall repairs that needed to be done to my wall and ceiling and put in an order for me. The professionalism has gotten way better with this new staff. Thx you all

The maintenance team always fix my issues in my apartment. They're all dope. Shout out Allis, Stanley, Gary, Antoine, Danny and Ms Lakia. The office staff also hosted an amazing back to school event.

Glendale pool party back to school was awesome. Such a great place to live. Gary cooked us food Tonya gave supplies to my kids and kia lost in a game to me. Glendale is the best place to live!
