Poor maintenance. They don’t cut the grass, don’t call back. Puts you in apartments that aren’t done , along with mold in the walls, cabinets & floor. Along with debris. My door doesn’t lock properly, there is a huge crack under the door. Leaks coming from walls and ceiling, has not been fixed yet. It’s a complete mess. I had problems with this property since I moved in Feb 15, 2023. None of these issues have been fixed to this date 10/21/2023. Please shut this property down, or just remodel the whole property, because this is a complete disaster. No one should live like this or go through this kind of emotional distress.

Stay away from this place.. some guys are placing orders for doordash- uber eats and different food platforms, when you arrive to the place a guys are waiting for rob you... be careful ‼️ ⚠️

The pool is pretty fun you can just swim around really but I'm pretty sure a few years ago before coronavirus someone almost drowned so they made a new rule that you have to have someone that is 15 or older to swim by themself but I came with my brother and he lied about being 15 to let him in but they said someone has after me even though I didn't need to be looked after and he could just look after me we couldn't go in but I'm not sure if that rules to apply so I'll update if it is when it opens this year
