Thompson Creek® Window Company is the Mid-Atlantic region's premier home improvement replacement products company. They have been customizing and manufacturing replacement windows, doors, gutters, siding and roofing in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1980. They pride themselves on offering a higher quality product and a superior experience, from design to installation to service. Customers have had mixed experiences with Thompson Creek. Some were very satisfied, reporting that the product was well-made, the installation was professionally done, and the service team was knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any issues. They highly recommend the company. However, others had more negative experiences. Some were billed for unnecessary repairs and had difficulty getting a refund, feeling they were given the "runaround." One customer had to wait 3 years for the company to respond to their complaint about being overcharged. This does not instill a lot of confidence in the company's responsiveness and follow-through. The team who installed my new door were here on time and knew exactly what they were doing. They were so good and they cleaned up afterwards and left it looking perfect! They were really wonderful!
