This location mismanaged my ubox shipment and only shipped one of my two boxes for my out of state move. When I tried to rectify the situation with the manager, I was told I had to pay an additional fee and wait another 3 weeks for my box to be delivered. I now cant get anyone on the phone to process $50/day refund.

They never pick up the phone so I always have to go there to make an appointment to get access to the ubox

I came in to reserve a truck. The lady at the counter was rude and preoccupied. She talked more on the personal call she had going on, while I was standing there, instead of the conversation I had with her. Really!. Unprofessional and rude. Heaven help you. If this is the best you can offer Uhaul, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I got what i need 5 UBOX and scheduled and than i got a call, my schedule for dropoff was not available for my area or zip code until a day of course that i dont need them, so why go to trouble of setting on line. I dont get it, no flexible ?

This place!! Ive called this establishment 3x to submit payment. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. To have to drive all the way to this place just to make a payment is utterly ridiculous! When I asked them about the phone issue and let them know that Ive called multiple times to make a payment...her only response was..."Do you have the right number". Im considering removing my belongings from here. Im definitely NOT going to drive in to make a payment every month! Not a happy customer at all. Customer service needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!! Answer the phone!!

Waste of my time. Came here and got a storage unit, there are no elevators firstly. Secondly they have storage units with beams in the middle taking up my space for the same price. When I asked for one without a beam, they kept transferring me to one with a beam. Then the general manager told me that when I called I didn't ask for a storage unit without a beam. What the heck? Then charged me transfer fees per unit for their stuff not being as advertised.

They didn't have what I had requested/reserved. So I had to do 2 trips instead of 1, meaning I used double the miles. Overcharged me. Never called me to fix problem, after I called customer service 3x in 2 days. So I had to leave work early to come fix the problem. Chastity Brown claimed to be the manager, later I found out she was the assisstant manager. She also refused to give me a business card or her last name. She was rude by asking me to get away from her office while looking over the invoice. She never got out her seat to give me my receipt, I had to ask for it from a young man who was on his headphones and didn't say a word to me either. Never got any type of apology, instead I got excuses of how busy she's been. Clearly she nor the store manager or Anyone cared about fixing them overcharging me. Very poor customer service experience. Horrible experience. Will never use UHAUL again, or at least this location. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. I Did manage to get reimbursed, but like I said, I had to leave work early, plus I spent a lot of time on the phone prior to coming to location. Check your invoices thoroughly.
