Rosa was such a helpful person even under my last minute changes. VERY ACCOMMODATING. She adds professionalism to U-haul. Even the young man helping me for pickup was patient and understanding. I am a long time uhaul user. The process for truck pick up and drop off was great as always. The U-Haul Moving & Storage of Landover is and will always be my go to spot. The service is always great and the workers are always polite and friendly.

Made an appointment on the U-Haul website a week ago for a Monday morning 7:00 AM hitch install on my SUV. Got a call the day before my appointment saying they could fit me in, but it was not convenient for me so I stated I'd like to keep my schedule appointment the following day. I was then rudely told that nobody would be there to install it.
What a joke of a business. Took my money and time elsewhere. Don't even try to get anything installed on your vehicle at this mickey mouse operation.

Over more than 20 years, this Landover location has provided the best service I have experienced from any other locations in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.For this reason, no matter where I live in the area, I only use this location. And, I tell everyone to go to 3900 Whitetire Road for all their moving and storage needs. Don, Rosa, Dominique, and all the staff are the best. I rent trucks frequently and have had several long-term storage rentals. The staff are always professional, welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. Don, the General Manager, is very approachable and accommodating. I recommend this location.

Simple and easy renting! I selected a vehicle an hour before I needed it with no hassle and was able to extend the time by using the mobile app.

This review is for the U-Haul used truck sales office. I bought a used U-Haul truck and the experience was excellent. I was very pleased with Kenny the salesman who helped me. He was very patient and knowledgeable, but not pushy. I was able to test drive the truck, and I took it to a nearby garage to have it checked out before the purchase. I was also able to negotiate the purchase price based on the work that the van needed to pass safety inspections. This was a much better experience than I had with several shady used car dealers. I highly recommend this particular sales office for those looking to buy a used U-Haul Truck!

I was having a bad experience with Uhual so far because the corporate office kept messing up my reservation. However Rosa made everything better. She was very kind; patient, extremely helpful, and understanding.

Stop charging customers unnecessarily. I took the truck at 154156 miles and I returned it at 154178 which is a total of 22 miles and I was charged for 40 miles. That's a difference of 18 miles. This is not a good business. Please send me back the difference of 18 miles that I was charged for.
