The staff there is rude and don't seem to value the customer or provide good customer service. I had a reservation and had my friend go to the location for me because I was running late. While my friend was in line it turned 7pm and the young man (short dreads and glasses and drives a older Burgundy car (I think a Hyundai) with VA tags). So, my friend waited for me outside and when I arrived, I asked the employee if I can I get the truck he was extremely rude and dismissive. He only acted like he wanted to leave and did not seem to have any care of my issue. He did not even want to speak to me. He almost got me out of my character but i relaxed. He is why I will never come to that location again and more than likely choose another company when I need to move. The manager beardly seemed interested in helping me. He said he would be around for 10 more minutes and after he walked away, I never saw him again and I was there for another hour and a half trying to do a mobile pickup. Just an overall poor and bad experience

The young lady that served me at pickup time was not friendly at all.I waited in line for almost 30 minutes because she could not find a Uhaul at the destination town of the previous client.after multiple calls and help from other employees she finally completed that contract for that client. I was next with her because the person ahead was called by another attendant.she did not even greet me or appologize for me waiting in line because of her ineptitude, which a normal customer service person would do..She showed no care, not customer service skills.I would not hire such an insolent person to work in my business.The Uhaul location and equipments are ok and I am a frequent user of Uhaul equipements.Other attendants at this location and others are very friendly and nice, but my experience with that lady was not Good.Thank you

Ms. Ny Bennett is about her business. If y’all want a U-haul that won’t cheat you out of your money and give you clean vans. Go to this location and drive off clean. If anything wrong happens. I assure you Ms. Ny Bennett will make sure it’s corrected the right way. I went from owing $91 to $13 all thanks to Ms. Bennett finding out discrepancies and miscommunication.

Worse Experience Ever! I only have bad experience at this location. I made the manager aware that the van smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told there isn’t a no smoking sign inside. I get to furnish store pick up my new furniture. Open the back doors of the van. And dog hair is all throughout the back. I go to my friend house to get my plastic bags. I was upset that I had to put them in the van. I don’t know if fleas was back there or anything else. I was able to move the bags since they were plastic and tied. But was not able to move the new furniture that I had purchased including a mattress and box spring due to all of the dog hair everywhere . So now I have to pay a delivery fee that is way more than renting the uhaul van.To top that off! I returned the vehicle with the online process from the website on the return door. And still got charged a $20 stating I didn’t return the vehicle. That they had to check it in. I actually have a screenshot thanking me from checking it in.I called because my debit card was charged again. And was told by a guy that I needed to call customer service. Ask him for the manager and was told the manager not there today. Customer service refund $20 for the check in . And say have a good day. Not caring about the dog hair or offering me another van since my reservation end at 5:25pm. Which is a little over 8 hours from now.A year and a half ago. I rented a uhaul. It was like a torch was burning my right foot. I called back and was told all uhaul s was rented I had to keep that one and couldn’t be swooped out: I had to drive with my foot burning on the gas pedal. And getting speed and moving my foot letting the vehicle coast. Repeatedly! I was told by customer service that happens when the installation fabric protectant comes down or is removed. In fact it wasn’t in the truck over the peddle. And the top of my right foot was burned due to this. The manager at the location knew and didn’t care. It was reported and I was advised to send pictures of my foot. I did it and nothing happened. The credit I was told I would receive on my account. I found out never went on my account. And the manager is no longer there.
