This place never had enough workers , the associates are always rude , lazy and have an attitude. I am tired of having to wait 20-30mins because there is only one cashier and 20 customers waiting to be served. The cashier’s are not knowledgeable or diligent in their work.

Every time I come in to this store it’s always something. I avoid this place as much as possible but when I do have to go in, I always get the same BS every time. Y’all employees are rude and inconsiderate. They lack common sense. We have to do better as a community cause this is not how you handle customers. I would never hire any of these people to work for me.

Bad customer service. Called to see if my pickup order was ready and some lady said she would let me know and never got nothing back had me on hold for like 16 minutes and then called back multiple times and no one answered!!!!

Horrible customer service!!! Rude employees who should be fired!!!! I've been coming to this facility for over 50 years, and the current employees need to receive Customer Service training again or be fired!!!!

Previously they lost one package of mine, but yesterday they outdid themselves. They lost three in one day, after going out for delivery and back to the post office three days in a row. It takes a special kind of skill to accomplish that. And not only that, but to get from the Lanham office to where I live they only need to make a left out of their parking lot, then continue straight southbound for 1.9 miles. I’m not sure how someone gets lost going in a straight line. They must be hiring people from The Blair Witch Project, out here getting lost trying to go south in a circle.
So now they delivered my packages to someone else that isn’t me. And when I called the Lanham office 15 time they never answered, so I had the call the regular 1 800 number and file for an investigation.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my choice. This was the absolute worst experience in a US Post Office I have ever encountered. The manager, Wanda, lacks customer service skills, as well as basic manners. She was rude, condescending and disrespectful to every patron she encountered in the 30 painful minutes I had to spend there today.

Lady at the front desk looks miserable and is rude, lazy and incompetent. Don’t know what her name is but she needs to quit and find some other place to mope around at because she could not be more useless at this job. I waited over 20 minutes standing at the counter waiting for someone else and they never came. All she did the whole time was complain to what I’m guessing is her little buddy who came in. I asked her what the deal was and she just ignored me so I left. My package has been getting delayed for 3 or 4 days so far for who knows why. People order time sensitive things over the mail and for them to act this unprofessional about it is disappointing honestly. I had no idea the seller would use USPS as the carrier if I did I’d have asked for them to use a different shipping service I would’ve payed DOUBLE just to not deal with these uncivilized people.

This is THE WORST USPS location I have EVER been to. The staff is beyond rude, and have attitudes. Both Levita, and “Ms. Pamela” need to find other professions because this job isn’t working for them. Every time I go to this location I am met with attitude for no reason. Customers can not ask questions without our being bullied and sent to the back of the line. Please clean up this location.

I wish I had an option of choosing 0 stars for this place. Ladies working there are super rude and have some kinda attitude that they don't wanna work there. Super disrespectful specially the Lady Pamela. They need to work of the attitude of their staff.
