I had them ordered me a watch that they where sold out of in store they ordered me the wrong one and I shipped it back now ups lost it and they still won’t refund my money or send me the right watch worst experience ever extremely dissatisfied

Visited this store for the first time last night for help with my mom's phone. Explained the issues to Deanna and she fixed it in just a few minutes. Super nice, knowledgeable and efficient! Deanna even helped me find and install a new phone case. She showed me all my different options and was able to recommend the best solution for me. I will definitely be visiting this store to see Deanna again!

Big kudos to the two gentlemen working at this store yesterday evening. We had a horrible experience at another store and decided to come to this one. They assisted us with no hesitation. They were courteous and professional and made small talk with us. Thanks for the assistance guys!

I would give 1 star as my review; but upon my first encounter David was very knowledgeable and professional. I traded in my iPhone 11 for a 13 because I was eligible for an upgrade. At the time, I had already paid for a screen protector and a phone case. Upon leaving the store, I asked David what my monthly payment would be and he responded with “ it would stay the same at $55”. I had also gotten insurance which would increase my bill by $18, which is fine.My payment came out the other day and it was in the amount of $141.67 , not $55 which is what I was told. I proceeded to call T-Mobile and they attempted to give me the breakdown of my bill I which wasn’t accurate from what I was told at the store. That is an $86 increase in my bill. If I was originally aware of the difference I would have went about things differently.I proceeded to go back to the store where I got my phone and speak with David. He stated that my PLAN coverage was the same ( $55) but then went on to break down all these other costs that were not orginally acknowledged when I got the phone. He stated that his verbiage was incorrect when telling me the price.To save anyone else the major headache and surprise on your bill, I would greatly advise to request for a mangers help rather than a regular team memeber. It is important to state major details while making sales.

I've been with T-mobile business going on 6 years and so far a happy customer, until today. I went to this location by request of technical support (because of issues with my phone) to pick-up a free SIM card. The staff members there were rude and basically acted as if I were trying to steal something from them. I told them there should be notes on my account, and called customer service, directly, in front of them, but was still given a hard time! I ended up having to leave with no solution to my phone's issue due to the lack of customer service at this location which resulted in me losing money for my business. I will be escalating this issue to their corporate office!
