They have a potential 5 stars because everyone is nice , they are just very very slow. I received the same service from Navy Federal and it only took about 20 minutes for everything. I’ve been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes. SMH

I wanted to praise the staff here at the location, they were very patient with me. I have to give a special kudos to Zhane, she called twice to the branch manger for me to help me get my check cleared to pay for my auto loan. The compassion and kindness she gave me during the visit was truly appreciated.
