I have been with Statefarm (Dennis Donnelly's office) since I was 16 yrs old and I am now 42. The service that I have received from Statefarm has always been miles above excellent and has ALWAYS superseded expectation. I will always be a loyal customer because they truly care about me and my family's wellbeing. At the end of the day, it is not about the insurance itself, it is above how I am treated. Always warmly received and Michele especially is always there when I need anything...even when I just need an ear to listen and that means the world to me. State Farm has taken care of me and my family for many years and when I moved from Virginia to Maryland I held on to it. This team made my transition smooth and provided information on the changes from VA to MD. While other carriers may try to offer lower rates, the coverage, compassion and dedication to their customers puts State Farm well above them. I know I'm well taken care of. Dennis Donnelly's staff and services have been absolutely wonderful from the time I purchased my house in 2000 he has been my agent. From my ups and Downs my changes in policies for my car insurance, life insurance, home insurance and 401K. I have referred my family members and friends they all agree. Dennis and his staff have been phenomenal. I have to give a special shout out too Susan Snyder she the best. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you for the 24 years and counting .
