I Love Everly. I’ve Been Here For 3 Years And Can’t Complain. There Has Been Security Here To Patrol The Area And It’s A Secure Feeling. Lately Everly Has Been Hosting Events And It’s Been A Joy To Meet Other Neighbors. I Rate It A 10/10.

Ashley Hunt goes above and beyond to service this community. She is honestly the best part of living here. Don't get me wrong this is a great environment but Ms. Hunt makes it feel like true luxury.

Ms Angelica is the most best, patient, kind, and hard working representative I have ever encountered with. She answered every single phone call I had (which was a lot) with the most helpful and patient assistance ever. BEWARE!!! If you apply here definitely have a plan B. I applied here almost 3 months ago, was approved, and paid all move in fees. And now, less than 20 days from my move in, the leasing consultant Ashley told me I can no longer rent that unit because the current tenant rescinded their notice. No apologies for it or anything. They pretty much told me it is what it is. I asked if I was able to take a one bedroom and transfer when the apartment I wanted became available, but the manager told me I would still need to pay the fees. They
Weren’t accommodating at all. They dropped the ball not me! This is the most unprofessional renting experience I’ve ever had. So if you do rent, just know that doesn’t mean you actually have the apartment. Cullen McCaffrey is the regional manager here, and I still haven’t received a call back or an email from him. I can’t believe he lets his employees do business this way. Still waiting on my money to be refunded. No update about that. This is a BIG inconvenience for me. Just terrible.

It’s very hard to find good customer service but Everly definitely has IT! Jessica knows how to deescalate a situation, focus on the facts, and look for the best way she can help you. The office team is always pleasant and willing to assist residents.

Jessica is so amazing! She worked so well and did so much for not only myself but all the residents at Palette for almost 3 years!!! I miss her and her work ethic so much I am planning to transfer to Everly when my lease expires. The apartment homes and grounds are beautiful and I know with Jessica there my family will be well taken care of!!!!

The Property Manager Jessica customer service is top tier! I lived at Palette at Arts District and recently was interested in Everly. Once I found out she was the manager I was even more intrigued! Apartment living is not the easiest for me but it’s what I have to do until I’m ready to buy a home. I know everything won’t go my way but I do know good customer service when I see it and she will do all she can to make you feel a home away from home.

I moved here thinking since security drives around it’s safe. Nope! I almost got robbed for my car during broad day light and then they ended up stealing it at night. Thieves HAWK this area so Just be careful. Put a lock on your steering wheel when you move around here because it’s not too far from the ghetto in fact, I’m starting to think it is and do NOT idle in your car.

Hey Google, I’m just here to share my wonderful review of The Everly Apartments in Largo. This is the place to call home! From the time I stepped into the leasing office the agent Ashley greeted me with a warm smile, she was very knowledgeable of the community and the surrounding area as well. The units ate extremely spacious, the em aesthetics are to die for, and the gym is WONDERUL, there’s a nice lounge area and the community is very welcoming. I would definitely be calling this place home very soon! And you should too! Great Job Ashley and staff! Keep up the wonderful work!
