I highly recommend this place. FedEx in Greenbelt was easy to access, no long lines, courteous staff, and my package was handled expeditiously. Nice clean facility.

Overpriced! 150% quoted compared to the company store. I took the same package to a real FedEx place in College Park for better service at a reasonable price. Avoid this place!

Went here to drop a prepaid package off. However, they don’t use ur code and if you haven’t printed out your label they will turn you away. The old guy was a bit short n lack basic customer service skills.

OMG this is one of the worst service which I have seen in my entire life. I was very polite to that guys who works in the FedEx store but that guy was really harsh at me and shouting for asking a small questions. Wow.Please avoid this store if possible.@Fedex please take care of customer service who are working in this particular store.

First and foremost, THIS ISNT LOCATED IN THE WALGREENS!!! This is next to the Walgreens, in the parkinglot right next to Walgreens. Very confusing to say "in Walgreens." Also, I dropped 2 packages off 3 weeks ago and received a receipt. My package doesnt even show it was scanned in fedex system, therefore im pulling teeth just to get my insurance because of this. It appears as though I never dropped the package off. I drop off often to this location but this has never happened before. Love, love always getting in and out.Edit: The package was Fedex smartpost which provides two barcodes; one for usps and one for Fedex. The man who scanned my packages in scanned the usps code and not the fedex code. Took almost a month for buyer to receive her order.

Horrible. Hours are wrong and they don't have a full service center as stated on there website .
