I’m closing my account with m&t because of this branch. The branch manager was so rude and unfair to me, she caused me to weep like a child over the phone and hung up on me.Unfortunately M&T wouldn’t do anything about this because I learned this has been ongoing and she’s still the branch manager. Remaining with the bank and making complaints would not change anything.

Avoid this location if possible... The service here is slower than going to a DMV. Seriously turtles with no knowledge on how to operate a bank. They need to retrain or Fire the bank manager and the employees as well. Three individuals were in front of me and it took about an hour before I got the teller window. I came in to cash their bank check and it literally took them 20 minutes to cash it.

Worse bank ever, bad customer service. It's exactly 0914 and the drive thru it still close.I will come back during the week and close my account with them.

This is the slowest bank I've ever dealt with even to make a deposit at the window it takes at least 15 minutes. Unbelievable

Derrick and the other young man (teller) were very helpful in completing my transactions. It was not crowded even though it was the last hour before closing.

I walked into this location, tried to speak with front desk employee (H*****s) , she acted as she is busy. I asked for a letter including the the current balance. Without a proper eye contact She said letter cannot be issued, and then she asked me to go to the teller. As I got into the queue, she walked inside and spoke to the teller not to issue the letter. When I reached the teller he told me “cannot issue a letter”.

I had to take out some money to move. This branch was close to work and I was going during business hours. Parking isn't the best at this location but I found a spot at last figuring I would be gone for what...15 minutes. A simple withdrawal. I find the entrance and the door for the bank is locked. WTF? Open until 4...it's a little after 3. So I dig in the phone and call. She yells through the door " it better be for more than five thousand...." I said it was, which was the truth. Finally the door opens. I get the fish eye from the woman who opened the door and everyone else inside. I guess the customer at M&T is last. Not a bank I would recommend.

The staff at this bank have been incredibly rude on multiple occasions. Tellers do not even look up from their computers to welcome you to their desk. I need to make a simple wire transfer which the branch manager (?) Darlene, made the process painstakingly long and difficult. She was suspicious of the transaction in which I had to call the business (the recipient) and put them on speaker. Which I should not have done to protect their privacy of their business and as well as maintain the privacy of my transaction. I was asked all of these questions and screened as if I was making a transaction with the Department of Treasury. I will be making a formal complaint.

On October 13, I went to this location due to my account being locked to the security shouting my account down for fraudulent looking activity. I was instructed prior to going to this branch that I would need to go into a local branch to identify myself I person. My card was reported by myself lost or stolen due to losing my wallet. I called this branch to ask specifically what I needed to bring I did obtain that information only to get to the branch, to speak to some rude lady who had appeared to be just returning back from lunch at 3:45pm when this branch closes at 4pm. This individual was not my first contact but was the last one I spoke to at the teller station she was very ignorant with the response that she tried to feed me I’m sure this response and lack of was due to a late lunch and a full belly. If I don’t hear from someone in the next hour from this bank in reference to my complete I’ll be at this brunch accompanied by channel 7 with whom I’m employed with to shine light!

This is by far the worst M&T bank. Whomever is the branch manager should be terminated EXPEDITIOUSLY haha. No, but the customer service here is definitely bottom tier. I stopped by this branch 12/4/20 at 4pm to handle issues with my account, only to be turned away. The lobby hours are posted and reads 6pm closing. As I sat in my car writing this review a customer was let in. Needless to say I’ll be holding up the teller line to get my answers resolved.Sorry if I make anyone late.

Had an appointment for 3, got there 20 mins early so they make us wait outside, come back in at 3 and have to wait another 20 mins to be helped.

So during COVID the lobby is closed and only the drive-thru is open with one line. The one line is wrapped around the building. I wonder how many staff are inside considering only ONE CUSTOMER can be serviced at a time with this method. What a nightmare. THAT said, after the 35 minute drive-thru wait, the teller was very friendly and helpful. So the 1 star is due to the fact that you can't give them zero, and the second star is for the teller.

Thiis should be criminal for a bank ATM to take $1400 from you and cancel the transaction on their end and not return my money with a receipt of amount that was deposited.
