I was informed that Remi’s hair would need to be shaved fairly low due to matting, which I understood. However, his hair was cut much lower than what was discussed. He is now completely bald, which was very heartbreaking to see especially considering how beautiful his coat was before.
Additionally, I had requested that the hair on Scar’s face be trimmed a specific way, but it appears that area was never touched. Both of my dogs now resemble bald lions, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this grooming turned out.

Their service has been going downhill for years. My dog has incurable allergies And they have been shampooing and cutting his hair since 2018. We signed wavers and their long terms and condition sheets for a reason. I was just told that because he has redness and a scratch that they were unable to service him. Again, he has had the same condition and they have been servicing him all of this time. What a huge waste of time and.inconvenience to be put in this situation in the middle of my work day! The staff is incompetent, and I will never be supporting this business again!

Pet friendly, so I always take my pet on a leash. Not a good selection of aquariums. Waited a good while for good helpful help.

I am always able to find what I need for my fur babies at Pet Smart. I love seeing the other fur babies in the store while I'm shopping! It's very calming.

When a customer calls to ask a question or inquire about something, a response of “ah ha” is so tacky, unprofessional and a horrible lack of communication, after the customer says thank you. Leave that mentality at home or amongst your friends and family. The appropriate response and proper phone etiquette while at work is “okay, sure, no problem, thanks for checking, you’re welcome” or something more appropriate.

Recently, I went to this location for the first time on a Shipt assignment. Since, I wasn’t familiar with the store, I needed assistance locating the items. Fortunately, RJ was present and available because without hesitation he assisted me with the few items I needed, which had me in and out of the store within a few minutes.

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for years. At first I would just drop her off to whomever was available. Once I had and appointment and was like 15minutes late (totally my fault) but I was denied service. Channel called me to say she would take her. My dog hadn't been to anyone but her since then.
