They are constantly going around the building and touching up little marks on the walls and making sure everything is as nice as the day you moved in. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. When I make a report that something in my apartment needs to be fixed the come almost immediately and resolve the issue. The management staff is always planning appreciation events for us, from big parties to small things like coffee and bagels in the lobby for breakfast. I have lived in a few other buildings and there I was frustrated with how neglectful the management was towards the residents.
