Multiple pumps malfunctioning in one way or another; restrooms smell like a homeless camp; poor customer service (except for the older black lady, she was quite nice - she gets 5 stars); no squeegees to clean your windshield or even paper towels. Been here twice - the second time to my shame.

Very clean and well taken cared for. The customer service was excellent and Wayne was very friendly and helpful with guiding us around the store.
