Femi was quick and efficient. I realized later I had made an error and returned to the shop. Awa kindly offered to help me until Femi was available. Plus, I was then able to ship my documents from the Hyattsville location. They appreciated my honesty and taking responsibility for my error. They were easy to talk to, very friendly, and happy to be of service. Should I need anything in the future, I will return to PostNet Hyattsville, which just happens to be my local store.”

“It’s so hard to find a UPS store that has very nice staff who are friendly, professional and efficient. I was on my way home after dropping my son back off at college, and needed to drop off packages. A gentleman greeted me and promptly handled my packages. A young lady was disinfecting and cleaning the counters. It smelled nice and fresh! I live an hour away and wished the UPS @ Perry Hall Honeygo operated like this one. I should drive an hour to this location just to get the efficient and friendly service.”

“I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldn't fly away (it was windy that day!). I'll keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.”

“So glad to have stumbled upon this UPS store in Clinton in Coventry Plaza.It is clean, spacious and has wonderful customer service. I went in for notary services, called first and was told the time notary business took place. I arrived in the store and was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely efficient young lady named Starr and a star she was. She could not get my doc open to print and sign. She tried various ways so I left and came back with the doc opened and ready to be notarized… mind you notary services stopped at 4:00pm. I called prior and spoke to an extremely well mannered young man named Derrick, who said he would ask if could I still be accommodated even though I would arrive late. The answer was YES ( where they do that at?)Came back after 4:00 and Miss STARR took care of me, she actually waited on me talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!I also observed her and Derrick when dealing with other customers with just as much patience and ease as they did me! It was evident it was genuine.Owner, Please recognize these employees they are truly valued and needed in our community!Congrats on owning both stores in our communities.”
