What really stood out was that, while helping me, she still took the time to warmly greet every customer who walked in and politely let them know she would be with them shortly. That level of customer service is truly appreciated.

“My review is about Warren. Previously, for years, I would have gone anywhere else. The store is always made me feel like I was an imposition. They nickeled and dimed me, they weren't forthcoming with information. It was uncomfortable. Since Warren has started waiting on me, things are easy. He is helpful.
