Malik was assisting me with an Amazon return. Very customer friendly, very eager to assist and he communicated what needed to happen with trying to reprint a label. 5 stars to this young man. Other associates just walked around with offering assistance to any customers In line.

The in-store promotion advertised was incorrect. The Associate apologized, and said he’d reprint the correct info. I could have logged a formal complaint, very bait and switch tactics, but I didn’t.

It is always a please and great experience shopping at staples. I enjoy the interaction with the staff and management, some of whom know me name. I have been shopping at staples since the early 1980's! Staples is always my first choice for business, office, and personal supplies. In addition, I love the rewards program which I use to purchase gifts for friends, family and students.

Terrible terrible, never improving, very unreliable, and don't even get me started on Victor, the worse of them. Untrained, no knowledge of nothing or whatever, too foolish, stupid, and dump every single time. This is the worst staples store that ever existed in the history of printing. Words even fail me to describe how terrible their customer service is. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. PERIOD

The Staples in Largo MD has very poor customer service in the Print Shop. I got there at 7 pm and waited over 2 hrs to get waited on. There were only three employees two ladies and one man
The male employee had no idea what to do the Lead employee got mad if you asked a question and the other female employee was helpful assisting a blind lady in a wheelchair. I asked for assistance from the manager and was told he wasn't trained in the Print many customers were upset and left. Only reason why I stayed is because I needed a poster for my cousin's funeral. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MY SON EVEN ASDISTED CUSTOMERS TO MAKE COPIES AND DOESN'T EVEN WORK FOR STAPLES.HOW DO YOU GUYS STAY IN BUSINESS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO FEDEX THAT DOESN'T USE THIRD PARTY PRINT COMPANIES LIKE STAPLES WHEN I LEFT THERE WERE STILL 25 CUSTOMERS IN LINE WITH THOSE SAME THREE EMPLOYEES

This store frequently has bad customer service. I’m in the copy & print center line now. It took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. 15 minutes later, I’m still standing here. The best way to handle customers, in my opinion, is to ask what they need immediately. And if they can’t help right away, let the customer know and provide an expectation of when they will be available to help. The customer may have a quick question that can be resolved right away - and the
worker can get back to the project they’re working on. I think it’s really simple. But maybe not so much??!!

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Staples cashier at the Campus Way South store in Upper Marlboro MD. She was very helpful and patient with me. She was a shining star. Her customer service was awesome!!!!!
I was able to order out of stock ink I needed and received free shipping the next day and no charge. What could be better!!!!
