Very nice hotel, but not staff. Forgot a $316.94 Northface Parker in the closet. Called back same day confirmed only the maid and supervisor had been in the room, no new reservation. The supervisor himself said he inspected the room and it was not there. Said "file a claim"! Spoke with the General manager, she said staff is good about returning laptops : ) Dont be like me and expect for your belongings not to be stolen from an establishment that charges a $250 security deposit.

I had a room booked for the entire week starting Sunday 5/20/23. Due to a flight delay, I missed my connection flight and could not check in on Sunday night. I was not able to contact the hotel at this time due to not knowing when the flight would land. When I arrived at the hotel on Monday, I was informed my room has been booked by someone else for the ENTIRE WEEK and that I had to go find a new room in the area. However, when I checked open rooms I DID see another room at this same location. I went ahead and booked and showed the woman at the desk that I had a new room booked, but I was still denied for the entire week. On top of that, not even a apology from the front desk.Terrible customer service. Condescending employees. Overall a very poor experience

Our room was quiet. They have a heated indoor pool. The breakfast was served til 10 am, not 9 as is typical everywhere. Checkout was 11 am. Every interaction with staff was friendly--the lady at checkin, a maintenance worker, and the women staffing the breakfast area.

We stayed in this hotel this weekend. They asked for information about our car. My wife didn't remember her license place number, but gave her year, make, and color and the receptionist told us that will be fine. After checkout at 11 am today, we go to leave to find out that our car had been towed because we forgot to put the parking pass in our window. Turns out, it was $175 to get it out and we had to do it by noon. We were about 10 minutes from having to pay for a 2nd day of storage in the towing lot. Apparently, there were several other guests that encountered the same situation the same morning. Sounds like extortion by the hotel owners, doesn't it? Yeah, it did to us too.

Checked-in- Receptionist (Kenesha) was nice and accommodating. Room- We Stayed for 4 nights. They only clean the rooms every 4 days. We told the management there was what looked like feces on the back of the bathroom door l, nothing was done that day. We complained again and again nothing was done.Finally i had to raise my voice to say there is sh-t splatter on the back of the bathroom door. Finally something was done. Breakfast/Dining Service- Since day 1 in the breakfast area, the staff with the head cover loudly pointed out to the guests how much you can take per person. Food and supplies they put out in the buffet station is strongly controlled and if something is empty (which was often the case) you must inform them as they are not paying attention seem not to even care.On our 3rd day of our breakfast, the same staff with the head cover was talking to a guest while food was not being replaced, there were no plates and no cups. When she finally refilled the buffet station, she stopped us and told us to let another guest take food first as they were supposedly waiting longer. We complied and then went to get some food. We were stopped again and told their teen aged son, who was wandering around somewhere should take food before us. It was so rude to stop us and for her to be chatting away with her preferred guest while the rest of us had to continue to wait until she finished her conversation.Location- 10-15min walk to Largo Metro Station. Restaurants/shops nearby.

Got there and our room was not clean. Cleaning crew called out or was already off shift. Had a long 4 hour drive that we just wanted to rest. Ask the front receptionist to just give the cleaning supplies so the room can be cleaned by us ourselves. Could be a good hotel if everything was according. No comp. On a day for the room being that we cleaned it ourselves. The receptionist and one maintenance guy was doing everything on them own. I applaud them for still trying to make the best out of the situation.

This was a extremely frustrating experience-I booked through hotels.com, got a confirmation of my reservation, with instructions to check in "after 3, before midnight". Got a MISSED call (no voicemail) at 6:51 pm. Good thing I called back instead of showing up! The girl on the phone told me "all the rooms are taken-we have no rooms available for you" mind you, you already took the first night payment. What's the point of making a reservation? I get penalized if I cancel past the cancellation date, but the facility can cancel due to their poor planning - and I'm still penalized by the inconvenience of it all. After much phone calling, I found another place-and got my money back. Still "smarting" from the bad experience.

This place was spectacular. The price was extremely reasonable and I strongly enjoyed that it is a new hotel and structure opening in 2020. The hotel is clean and the rooms are so spacious all with a full kitchen and suite set up. I enjoyed the breakfast which was not a to go bag it was hot breakfast ranging from blueberry waffles to sausage to yogurt to fruit and eggs. We really enjoyed the not cutting corners like some hotels have done and blamed it on Covid. Lastly the security measures in place. For example you cannot enter the building without using your room key card to obtain entry. The pool was open and a nice plus along with the gazebo and fire pit that was constantly on each day. I would love to stay again in the summer to utilize the grills and fire pit.
