“Being a grocery store builder, i was stunned by the lies other contributors proffered about Aldi meats. Aldi buys from the same processors/ distributors as Giant, Safeway, Kroger,etc. When shopping, look for those national brands: Swifts, National, Mountainaire to name a few! Do yourself a favor: save time and keep 20-30% in your wallet!”

“This Giant store is what you call “top dawg”. The products here are plentiful and they always have what I need. They have a deli and a seafood area where you can buy a lot of fresh stuff. The pharmacy here is really good. But the prices are absolutely horrendous. Giant is so expensive and they claim to have low prices. Also the receipts are sooo long! I get one thing and the receipt is 8 inches!! (I measured it).”
“Vert friendly employees, clean, pleasant atmosphere, abundant grocery items on shelves. Some employees weren't up to par with their english and couldn't assist you but those who were were very friendly and helpful. Prices were a little on the pricey side but I did find some bargains.”

“Great selection of kitchen supplies and cookware. I always come here because the selection at typical American supermarkets leaves a lot to be desired.
For example, I needed a lemon/lime press and Safeway only had one option for $22. I checked savemart and they had FIVE options, all for less than $12. I got exactly what I needed!”

“I went to this Aldi on Saturday morning (around 9:45 am) and it was a peaceful shopping experience. There were plenty of good looking produce, full items on the shelf and plenty of Aldi finds to select from (which I spent quite a bit from the deals). The cashier was friendly and moved swiftly. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the staffer operating the big cleaning machine while shopping. It was in the way a few times and I was worried about slipping since it was wet. Other than that, I will visit again early in the morning.”

They have a wonderful butcher/meat and seafood selections. They have a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables too. This supermarket is geared to the Latino community it serves, but that should scare no one off. They do a wonderful job serving everyone. A huge plus is the do home delivery ?! “They have the best prices but the worst selection for groceries. Even Aldi just up the road has better selections. Lidl makes up for this slightly with several isles of non-food items. Sometimes if you're lucky, you can find items that have been returned or are close to expiration that are discounted significantly.”

I'm still surprised by the exorbitant prices that the grocery stores are charging even though the pandemic is over but the prices didn't come down.
