“We have been going to College Park Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They have reliably treated our 3 dogs and now our cat. They are responsive and excellent diagnosticians. Our dogs made it to 15 years old each and I would expect our cat to live longer. Great staff.”

“Belair is an amazing place and they love our fur babies. I took my fur girl for a bath and nail clipping, because she has anxiety about the process, especially walking through the lobby, they had us come through the back door where they literally rolled out the “red carpet” for her. Using yoga mats to line the floor so she wouldn’t slip and fall.Amazing service every single time!!!!”

“Dr. Schmoll is the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. She made our family feel comfortable for the whole visit. The hardest visit -losing a pet. “For over a year they dealt with me and my chronically sick cat. They dealt with the calls asking if they had any cancellations so I could take her in. They always showed so much professionalism and care. Everyone there truly left a mark on me and my cat, through all her sass and attitude they knew she was just in pain. Danielle specifically helped me through it all, she didn’t just care for my cat, she cared for me as well. I currently foster and have to go to rescue partnered veterinarians and have realized how knowledgeable and professional this practice is compared to others. If I adopt again, I will be coming here. Attached is Lucy who became very well acquainted with everyone there during her short time on this earth.”

They always make sure if I have any questions that they are all answered before I leave and that double check the medications for our 13yr old dog, who gets daily medication. The front desk staff are my favorite.”

“Dr. Felix-Slack is so caring. She is respectful to both you and your pet. When there is "something" that needs to be done, she provides you with all options along with the pros and cons. To me, she provides the best care to my four-legged babies.”

“The care I received for my 16 yr old dog has always been outstanding. The vets and entire staff have always been professional and caring which included wellness care, surgeries, teeth cleaning and senior care (heart murmur and kidney disease). I recently had to euthanize my senior dog Pac. As usual they gave us their utmost care and patience. Someone came out to the car to carry Pac inside. We were greeted and a room was ready for us. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and explained the process. I'm thankful I chose PG Animal Hospital to handle the last moments with Pac. We were able to caress Pac and kiss him while he fell asleep peacefully. Thank you for always taking care of Pac. I would recommend PG Animal Hospital to anyone who needs a vet. All of my interactions have been outstanding. Again, thanks for caring for Pac. He will be missed. If I get another dog, I will definitely return. “I was walking my dog in the park after hours and a little miniature bull terrier came up to us, with no collar or leash. I could tell the little dog was well cared for and called the SPCA for guidance. I was directed to take the dog home and someone from their staff would come to my home that evening and pick up the dog. The person was not certain of the exact pick up time but the dog would get picked up. About an hour went by and I received a call that the owner had called to see if anyone had reported finding the dog. To make a long story short, the owner was a neighbor, stopped by my house and retrieved his beautiful little dog. Just a reminder of how grateful I am that we have a centralized resource to help us with all facets of animal care in the county.”

“Will they always be able to fit you in last minute? No. But you will get unbelievable care for your pets here, with so much compassion and love from everyone (receptionist/office manager, vet techs, and vets-- all softies!). Really really reasonable pricing with no upselling. Dr Kirkendall is my favorite vet of all time, and she has returned my calls at all hours because she CARES about her "babies."”

“When young, my dog Remee was a jerk to strangers, especially at the vet. Everyone still treated him with love and kindness. He’s 16 now. Given his medical issues, Dr. Maa very tactfully prepared me for next steps with his care. She makes sure Remee has the medicine he needs to be happy and comfortable. Suggests different medication when necessary. Responds quickly to emails. All staff is kind and responsive.”

“A.P.A.W. is nothing less than an Outstanding Veterinarian Hospital and Wellness Center. Why? They are caring, loving and super attentive to our furry beloveds and treat them as if they are their own. Not to mention their outstanding bedside manners: Specifically, in 2022, we lost one of our beloveds, our Joseph, quite unexpectedly and A.P.A.W. was simply exceptional in responding to our loss and taking care of his precious body. Presently, our Bless'ED is now a senior, and we believe he is still alive largely because of the care and love provided by A.P.A.W. for approximately 12+ years. They have cared for him from approximately 2yrs., of age and through many sicknesses. Truly, "All" staff from the Veternarians to the Technicians are knowledgable, professional and sensitive to their clients from humans to our furry beloveds. Think about this, ALL medical services are expensive regardless, and gee, staff are humans providing life extending services. Be realistic with your expectations and please, do not believe the negatives, A.P.A.W. is truly superb and this customer has had many experiences to compare and state with authority!”

“We came to Oakcrest for my two cats’ dental cleaning. The staff members were so warm and friendly, and went out of their way to help answer questions over the phone, locate former medical records and handle the cats with the utmost care. Dr. Tibbs was very caring and kind while examining the cats and was thorough and attentive about providing advice about their care. The dental cleaning itself was significantly affordable compared to other vets in the DMV area, and the results were “purrfect” (My cats even came back with groomed paw pads which was adorable). Overall, I felt that my cats were cared for with kindness and professionalism, and I am so glad to have found the Oakcrest staff. I look forward to their future care.”

“My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and getting her started on chemo has been like being part of a well oiled machine. From drop off to pickup, the Oncology staff keeps me informed of how things are going and what I need to know for discharge and what side effects to watch out for. My pup is greatly improving with the therapy so I'm very grateful for however much time this buys us together.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this vet! After calling multiple vets that were unable to see me, I called All Paws around 10:15 on a Sunday to see if they could squeeze me in. I explained briefly my cats issue (blood in urine/ possible uti), the wonderful lady that answered was so kind and understanding and squeezed me in for a 12:45 appt.! When I got there everyone was so kind and helpful, only had to wait 5 minutes before being called back. When the doctor (Dr Rauf Ahmad) came in he shook our hands and was so knowledgeable, kind, happy, and caring! He did the exam and recommended a x-ray but did not make us feel pressured to get it at all! We decided to do the x-ray to make sure our cat didn't have bladder stones or anything like that. I've the x-rat was done the doctor took his time and explained everything on the x-ray image, in great detail, and had a sense of humor as well showing us the gas bubbles lol. They gave us a treatment plan, meds and a prescription diet to take home. The nice vet tech even switched out the puppy pad in our cat carrier for a new clean one before we left. The doctor even came back out to say goodbye to Cortana our cat, and make sure he got a new puppy pad for the ride home. I am so impressed in absolutely every aspect of the visit! Definitely recommend!”

“Great clinic.Made an appointment in advance.If it’s your first time you will go in and check in with someone in petco, they will weigh your pet, and see if you have any concerns that you would like to address.Once your pet gets the vaccines you have access to a virtual vaccination record which is very neat!”

After having visited another ER a day before.. my dog wasn't feeling any better. I called Lynn Animal Hospital in distress. They returned my call within 10 minutes and gave us an appointment.Its the first place that I've been too that's not concerned with the financial part ,they have your pets health and well being as the priority!! Let's just say my dog is feeling much better.. and he's eating. He's slowly getting back to his old self. THANK YOU !! Bru now has a new home!!”

“My kitty TJ was very comfortable with the staff that he saw on two visits there. The staff has always been very courteous, and even got me a same day appointment. On our last visit TJ was diagnosed with diabetes. Amanda was so very helpful in teaching us to give him his insulin shots. She went above and beyond explaining what to expect, what to do, how to now feed him, all the ins and outs of this terrible disease. Most of all she was very good in making me feel at ease, as it was a lot to take in. I appreciate that because my cat is my baby, my buddy, but most of all he is family. I would highly recommend this animal hospital for your pets needs. They really seem to care about their patients.”

“Amazing! Dr. Diarra is a subject matter expert in the care of animals. He took my dog within the first 10 minutes of being there, assessed her, gave her a shot to relive her itching and explained everything step by step. He was clear on all the meds needed and I didn't mind paying the price as I received wonderful service for my dog Nala. Bring your dog here for personal service. They are wonderful here and I really appreciated their staff helping me get her cone on her head lol!”

“The staff, techs (I don't know their official title), and veterinarians are all friendly and kind. They take the time to explain to you what's going on with your pet and are patient when answering questions. Vet prices are crazy around the district but I have found Brentwood is reasonable and fair. They even discuss prices and treatment options before sticking you with the bill. I am a regular and I recommend this pet hospital to other pet owners all the time.”

“I called ahead of time to let them know my dog was wobbling back and forth. I was so scared as she never had anything like this happen to her. This was at four in the afternoon. They were quick and kind caring for my fur baby and me since I was a bit emotional from worrying. I am thankful for their swift care for her. She's home with us resting and the doctor asked us to come back first thing in the morning for some more fluids. And finally to receive the results of her bloodwork.”
