Such a poor reflection of the Walgreens brand. The pharmacy is solid. The store is AWFUL. It is kept stocked and clean -- those are the perks. But there is always a long wait. Only one cashier regardless of the time of day. My photo orders are NEVER completed until I walk in and request them. The last two online orders placed, the printer wasn't working. Attempts to send FedEx have gone fairly smoothly but the staff in general is not cross trained to do anything outside of working the register. This store is so poorly managed.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came to pick up photos and the guy just looked at me and never came to assist. I stood there for 10 mins watching him as he ignored me. And then, proceeded to get in the check out line since that was apparently the only way I was going to get help. I even called while I waited and watched him answer the phone and hang up without saying anything. I wish I was the type to cause a scene because this place is deserving of one. Like wtf.

This store is the worst and has been for years ...never can find an associate, always just one person working the register no matter how long the line is, the store is a mess with boxes all over, under stocked shelves ...just very unorganized and truly unpleasant. I would only ever stop by this location if it was a dire emergency. Even the parking lot is less than desirable , especially at night so I always try to get a spot immediately at the front door. Overall, this location will do in a pinch, but truly, do better Walgreens!

You're probably here because you just sat on the phone for 30+ mins waiting to speak to the pharmacy, or because you waited in like for 30+, or because you were serviced by someone at the pharmacy with a nasty attitude. All of these things and many more are true about this Walgreens pharmacy. Received a notification that a prescription could be filled but it would be ready tomorrow. Called to see if the medication could be filled today (pain meds after surgery) and the pharmacy tech was rude and unhelpful. Like the others have said...avoid at all cost. Go anywhere else.

The customer service here is slow, inconsiderate and unprofessional and that's just the pharmacy, and let me take it one step further the pharmacist here are SLOW, TERRIBLE, and if you want to get your kids a vaccine here Do NOT! They are the worse trained ever. I will NEVER EVER TAKE MY CHILD HERE AGAIN TO DEAL WITH THE TRAUME THEY BRING. As God as my witness I hate this place. Yea HATE...step no word and I mean it. You've been warned!!! And by the way it's impossible to give zero stars but if it weren't that's my rating!!

This is the worst Customer service in the world. It's been 3 days and my prescription isn't ready. Blood pressure pills at that. Poorly managed. They closed whole pharmacy at 6 yesterday just because. This is freaking the worst ever.

Have the Doctor call the prescriptions at 12:30 pm. Got to the the Pharmacy at 1:25 drove to the drive through window, the Window was COVID test only. No other cars in the drive, pulled to the Window to be told to come in, they could not tell me if my prescription was ready. I went in , there are 4 people in the pharmacy chatting and I am told that my prescription will be ready in two hours!!!! This place has complete disregard for customer service nor for the people on pain. Stay away from this place of business.

Avoid this Walgreens at all cost if you are looking for prescriptions. There are several other locations for at other retailers that would suffice. You begin your journey by standing in a line for at least 30 mins. Then once you speak to someone you'll need to wait an undetermined amount of time. They're very disorganized and have no regard for their customer time or possible importance of receiving their medication is a timely manner. I waited on pain medication 2x today with tears in my eyes. I will never return! To be in pain and not see the staff with any sense of urgency truly upset me.

Worse Pharmacy Ever!!!! Went to get my son Covid shot which was scheduled three weeks prior and they did not have it in stock. We checked in and waited over a hour. I went to the counter to inquire about the status and was told they had been out of vaccines since Saturday. I asked to speak to the pharmacist because I wanted to know why I was never notified, not even when I checked in. The pharmacist named Serena was super rude. She refused to give me her Last name. The pharmacist was so insensitive about the importance of communicating with patient that they were out of the vaccine. Serena was unapologetic and unprofessional in handling the matter. She is not a good representative of the Walgreens company or a good pharmacy professional.

The pharmacy operation is terrible. been using this location since it was Rite Aid. Since becoming Walgreens it has gone down really badly. The drive-thru is slow and inefficient. ..and that's if it's even open...since the microphone rarely works so they put up a cardboard screen to demote "closed". Inside is just as bad. Long lines. Slow. The Front desk attendants look unkempt and are either scratching their itchy braids or picking their nails. As for the pharmacist and the med-fillers, you'd be lucky if they get your prescription right. Had to go back on two different occasions to receive the correct medication. Both times two different Pharmacists. And Both times they had an attitude with me as if I was the one that messed up. This is a classic example of why "We" can't ever have anything good...and then "we" get mad when we patronize locations outside our community. Very poor representation of our community .

This is by far the worst pharmacy in PG County. They don't follow the prescription directions and they are super slow. There is always a sign on the drive through saying come inside because they're understaffed. Today there is a sign on the door that says the pharmacy is closed and I'm clearly standing in the line. They never removed the sign from when the pharmacy was actually closed. Update: after standing in line for 45 mins. They closed the gate while we were standing in line. I'm in shock. It's 2:20.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This review is to the general manager of this store. This store is in dire need of adequate staffing for the pharmacy. In addition, the processes of how prescriptions are received, filled, and provided to the customers should be reviewed, reengineered, and streamlined to become efficient and effective. My last bad experience at your store was December 15, 2021, when I tried to fulfill a paper prescription. I was diagnosed with a syndrome that causes nerve pain ranging from levels 8-10 (on a scale of 1-10). Being at level 9 pain, I asked the associate how long would it take to fulfill my prescription. She responded, "Two hours." I said, "Okay, I'll use the drive-thru window to pick it up." She replied, "We just had to close the drive-thru window because we are understaffed. The window may be open when you return." I went home in pain and two hours later I didn't receive a text that it was ready. Therefore, I called the store and was placed on hold for 40 minutes before being disconnected. I called back and was able to navigate the automated system that informed me that the pharmacy was working on it. Four hours later, my pain level was at level 10. I called again and was told by the automated system that the pharmacy was working on it. My niece drove me to the store. Being in so much pain, I passed by the long line that was down the aisle and headed straight to the counter. I asked for my prescription. The associate rumbled through many papers where my paper prescription was buried at the bottom. This was at 8p when the pharmacy was closing at 9p. Please also know that days before, this pharmacy closed in the middle of the day because a pharmacist was not available and the pharmacy was understaffed. Any prescriptions that your store received electronically were ignored while people thought their prescriptions were being filled. General manager...this is unacceptable! People lives are at risk while this pharmacy is overwhelmed trying to fulfill prescriptions, do COVID tests, answer questions, and address other anomalies because it is understaffed. Our community is counting on you to address these issues. Meanwhile, I am leaving your pharmacy as a customer. I will continue to monitor the Google reviews to see if you take responsibility and fix these issues.

Arrived for booster appointment for handicap person and left waiting 40 min to get flu shot. Pharmacy staff only concerned with going on their early break. Pharmacist actually told us we would have to wait behind 4 people then grabbed her purse and walked out 30 minutes before posted break time. Awful Awful service and a complete lack of concern for timeliness.

This Walgreens is a disaster. The drive up pharmacy is rarely available. They rotate signs in the window that says microphone doesn't work or pharmacist not on duty. But you can clearly see the pharmacist and the other staff. When you go into the store their excuse is they don't have enough staff. Its really shameful that to obtain better service i must go to another county.

They need to put more people in the store to work. This store was much better as a RiteAid, at least I could get what I needed in a timely manner. I went into the store to get body wash, that is locked on the shelf, I selected the button for assistance TWICE and the button was broken, so I asked for assistance, and an employee asked what I needed, I stated the item that I needed and the employee proceeded to do whatever else they were doing. Meanwhile myself and another customer at this point were standing in the aisle waiting on someone to come unlock the shelf to get the item we needed. If you're not going to staff the store enough for people to get assistance when needed, stop locking up simple stuff like body wash so people can get in and out of the store. I left and went to CVS. This store has been a complete mess since switching to Walgreens and it's pitiful.
