I visited in mid May and had a good experience. I wish I remembered the name of the young man who helped me. I went in for a house member to add a service and I walked away with several deals for me. He was very patient taking me through the process.

This store is trash , they are all confused and don’t know what’s going on. They will tell you call all these numbers but forget to give you the numbers. They will say they activated your service and don’t. Then try to up-sale you, they don’t listen to what you ask. They just offer what they feel you should purchase based on sales. The manager clearly saw her agent struggling to find information and she left him high and dry. Trash trash trash go to the store in Va

This was my 1st time at this location. I received excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went to get a new box, and the representative even went over my bill with me, and I was able to save money on my bill. I left a happy customer.

Went to pick up equipment and had to wait an hour until they finished troubleshooting with other customers while the rep at the entrance did nothing but sign people in. I should not have to wait that long to just pick up
