This 7-Eleven is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a large size and good lighting. The owners do a great job keeping the store tidy and stocked, and the coffee creamers are always organized. The store also has restrooms and offers cheap gas prices. Employees are friendly and helpful, with staff on the floor ready to assist customers with machines and navigation. However, the service experience is mixed. There are no condiments, napkins, or stirs readily available; instead, customers must go to the register to ask for them, which can be inconvenient, especially during busy times. The napkin dispensers often have no napkins, and the store restricts napkin distribution to only two per person, making it difficult to find what is needed quickly. Despite the excellent cleanliness and helpful staff, the lack of accessible supplies can cause frustration. Overall, the store is highly praised for its cleanliness, size, and helpful employees, but improvements in supply accessibility would enhance the customer experience.
This is the best 7 Eleven in the Laurel area. It's convenient to the on-ramp for MD 200. Plenty of gas pumps that work well. The inside of store is bright and big. It also has air pumps available.
