I just stood at the counter with my coffee, ready to pay for several minutes and someone even tried to tell the lady who is working that there was someone ready to pay at the register. She honestly did not care in the least. So I walked out and left my coffee sitting on the counter. This was at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, December 3. I hope that the manager of this location holds the employee accountable.

This is the best 7 Eleven in the Laurel area. It's convenient to the on-ramp for MD 200. Plenty of gas pumps that work well. The inside of store is bright and big. It also has air pumps available.

I actually had a decent experience here despite one of the cashiers yelling out to me asking who I was, lol. He must've had something to hide. I was just taking pics of the establishment because I knew I would be doing a review. After he settled down and I finished taking my photos, my daughters were able to get their strawberry frosting-sprinkled donuts. I got a blueberry muffin since I knew I wouldn't be eating anything productive for breakfast outside of this.
I used my phone number so that I could benefit from the rewards. I was especially happy about getting 11 cents off for gas. The other cashier was very friendly and had quality customer service. Overall, my experience was positive, and my twin princesses had no complaints!

Drive a little more & go to Wawa or 711 Baltimore Ave in Beltsville. I don’t like going to this location they have sales/promos that they never honor. I gave them a 2nd chance & we went on 711 day. Most of their drinks were broken & conveniently had no size small slurpees to charge you a Med. My kids already had the drinks in their hands & I didn’t want a melt down for not buying the slurpees. Lost my business. Never again.

Glendy was amazing. She helped me out a lot. Highly recommend. Ask for Glendy, she’s a walking encyclopedia. The artwork on the cups are amazing too!!!

The lottery machine took my money and the store associate didn’t give me a refund. I had my receipt with me. I will never go back to this location!!!

When will they ever fix the receipt paper at the gas pumps??? I’ve gone in the store many times and told them that the receipt paper at the pumps are jammed or not printing out. It seems as if they refuse to fix the issue. Every time I go in the store to get the receipt, the employees that I get the receipt paper from don’t say a word. There’s no thank you, no I’m sorry, no we don’t care, nothing.

I came this morning to buy my car coffee for my 10 coworkers, 1st. The mob and the bucket were in front of the soda machine, and 2 employees were talking to each other, the machine says on the screen, clean the machine, I called one of the employees, he said, use the other one, which will take me for ever, I swallow it and start filling my cups with ice, then the caramel macchiato flavor was empty I asked him again if he has any , he said no, and went back talking, the whole station was messy and dirty , not enough leds!!!!

It's super hot outside and I don't understand why when you enter this store it's full of promotional signs but when it's time to pay they tell you there's no promotion?

This place was very clean but the service sucked. I am not sure why there are no condiments, napkins, stirs, out for everyone to grab you must go all the way to the register to ask for them. this makes no sense because if there's a big spill who has time to go ask for someone to come and give them napkins. When I asked for nothing, they looked at me like I was crazy and literally offered me one. I know times are tough, but the store was very clean and was very good. Maybe that's how they keep it this way in this area however there has to be another method to fix this. keep up the good work on keeping the store clean but find other ways to provide customers with things that will be needed other than going to the cash register which can get very busy at times. and if someone asked for napkin, handing them more probably is not gonna fix the issue.
