Academy Ford did a great job with performing standard maintenance on my Ford Focus. Dropped it off with no issues and it was ready within a couple of hours. I get all of my Ford maintenance performed at Academy Ford.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! Purchased a used 2018 Ford Explore less than two months and this vehicle has been in the shop more than I have driven it! A week after I had it took it back because the front end was rattling, issue fixed but they charged me to balance the tires, shouldn’t they have been balanced before they sold me the vehicle? A week later the gas gauge started fluctuating . Took it back and they replaced the fuel pump! Two weeks later same thing happened they replaced the fuel pump again or so they said. Three days later we back at the dealership same problem. The service technician said there is nothing that could be done because this model have saddle bag tanks so it will do that! Make that make sense. The salesperson has seen me come and in 3 times and he won’t look me in the eye! Now the check engine light is on! They think it’s a joke but it’s not. I am still fighting to get them to rectify this issue

When I saw a brand-new black Bronco Sport with a tan interior, I knew I'd found my car. The dealership manager, Russ, was equally professional and easy to work with. The entire purchasing process was hassle-free, and I'm thrilled with the final price. I purchased a used 2012 ford F150 (from another location), I took it in to academy to the service department so I could get the master code for the door lock keypad, the service guy went out and pulled the information off the truck with his tool that plugs into the truck, we go back inside and he proceeds to tell me they have use their larger diagnostic machine to get the code and it would be 90$…. SERIOUSLY??? I told him no thank u….. I went to the truck and pulled up a YouTube video that shows the code on a sticker inside the fuse panel…… u can’t tell me the service guy didn’t know this. They’re just trying to milk money out of people…… will never go back……
