This review goes to Kim, if that even is her name. I went to Aldi 10/11/2025 & I was at the very last register at 2:48pm. When I was done paying the transaction, I had to look at my phone due to an important email that I’ve been waiting for. The person who ringed me (again, I don’t know if that’s her name) started yelling out that I did not say thank you. Are you kidding me? That was not good customer service! I work in customer service too & I do understand the feeling of someone not using their manners, but calling me out like that in front of others is unacceptable. I don’t even call out my patients when they don’t use their manners. It was very disrespectful & I told her that I did not hear her & that’s when she calmed down. Unacceptable!

I love Aldi, I go to a few different locations but I have to say this one is the most consistent in keeping my favorite items stocked.

The square fry pan was cute so I bought one a few days ago. Didn't even use it yet....I just washed and put it in my kitchen cabinet. I tried to use it this morning and I was very shocked! It's a dangerous product for cooking 🍳!

I've come to this Aldis several times, now there are homeless people in front of the store OMG I've been there but not in front people will not come as much they can go down closer to Laurel .Homeless that is . Get it right for the paying customer. Thanks

Good store with decent stock. I was disappointed to see only two cashiers working and lines past the midline of the store. Probably a good idea to get more cashiers on registers when it’s that busy. Otherwise excellent. Cashier that I finally made it to was very friendly and efficient.
