“We love living at the Vine, which offers an excellent, inclusive feeling of community. The onset of my introduction via my tour with Nick was inviting. His informative and genuine demeanor set the tone for my residency. The accommodations are impressive. I appreciate superb customer service and the positive attention to detail in Bryce, Christina, and Cynthia to residential concerns, which are exceedingly helpful. The grounds are immaculately maintained and give one peace of mind. The location is central to numerous shops and weekend events, keeping one engaged. I will advocate the Vine as a beautiful place to live and a lovely place to call home.”

“I've lived here now 2 years and the turnover rate in the leasing office is crazy. I have had minimal issues living here and for what is worth, I think it is a wonderful property but parking is a major issue and there seems to be no resolution in place. Maybe go back to assigned parking for tenants so that we don't have to walk from almost the street to our building especially when it could be an unsafe condition or terrible weather. Also, be very clear about your visitor parking policy. For the time, I have been here, I was under the impression that visitors could only park where there is a physical Pango sign. Not that there was a zone. It's just the communication between the office and its tenants need to be clearer, so that there isn't any miscommunication at all.”

“My experience at Willow Lake has been a great one. The assistant property Manager has been nothing but professional, very understanding of personal situations and each individual, so helpful and very patient through a trying time i had while residing there, we have always maintained a great relationship. Her and the property manager are two awesome people. Every apartment complex should have a property manager and assistant property manager like them because life happens and we need people who genuinely understands, cares and wants to help you in any way that they can even if it’s not much a little goes along way and it makes the stay more easier and comfortable. Although I have moved out I enjoyed my time residing there.”

“The buildings and area are clean and sturdy. Usually pretty quiet. Maintenance is very responsive. Room layout is nice. Community events are a fun time as well. Everyone in the area is usually very friendly.”

“I absolutely love this place.. it's always quiet, the property remains consistently clean and the apartment and hallways are aalways a great showing for incoming guests family and friends... if it wasn't for my incredible leasing agent Nicole, who was phenomenal and so down to earth when we met..who followed up wit me on a call..I probably would've missed out on this oasis of a place to come home to...Daquan and the rest of the staff all mirror the same positive energy and friendly attitude that Nicole consistently brings not only in the office but whenever i may run into her unexpectedly throughout the property...jn the year I've stayed here I've only had maybe 2 or 3 maintenance requests which all were taken care of promply and professionally wit the skilled technicians and again cordial maintenance staff.... I've never seen or come across any unwanted pest or rodents, insects or nothing of the sort at all.. not even one in the last 12 months.. this has been the best choice for me and I'm glad I'm here now..... if you're really considering to make the Adventura at Contee Crossing your next home... come on and definitely see it for yourself... in my opinion.. you can't go wrong”

“I am fairly satisfied but since my next door neighbor moved out I have seen roaches in my apartment. I did not bring roaches with me when I moved in and I don't plan on taking them with me when I move out.”
