“I've been living here four months exactly and it's been excellent so far. Management, maintenance and residents have been nothing but kind and very professional. My biggest concern is always when I move to a new place is usually. Do they have either rodents or roaches. Which is a huge red flag for me. Meanwhile, Briarwood Place seems to have everything under control. 😇”

“We toured a few of the new apartment communities in the Merriweather District, and The Vine in Maple Lawn just felt different from the start. Jacqueline was a huge part of that. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, knew the property inside and out, and genuinely helped us feel confident we were making the right decision. The experience really stood out compared to the other communities we toured.
And it only got better once we moved in! Cynthia at the concierge desk is one of the most genuinely kind people and always makes you feel welcome. The leasing team has been great, the building operations team are incredibly helpful and responsive and the building is immaculately clean. It’s a really great team of people, and that makes a huge difference.
The property itself is beautiful. The landscaping, outdoor fireplaces, grills and huge pool make the outdoor spaces feel like a retreat. The common areas honestly feel more like a cool hotel than an apartment building. All of the residents we have met are friendly and there is a great mix of everyone.
We also love how secure everything feels, including the parking garage, and being able to park on our residential floor is such a great convenience. The six-month lease option was also a huge plus and gave us exactly the flexibility we needed.
We’re so happy we chose The Vine and have been genuinely impressed with the entire experience!”
