“Kiara showed me several apartments and the building amenities, and she was wonderful — very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. All of the staff seemed great. The apartments that I saw were spacious with very large windows and nice views.”
“It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but the issue didn't get resolved. When the maintenance man arrived, the drain was working, but five minutes after he left the water started bubbling up again. I called him to let him know, and recoded a video to show him. The maintenance man said he'll be back later, or tomorrow. He didn't show. The kitchen sink is still bubbling water. I put in a new ticket yesterday, and as of yet no one showed up to fix the drain.”
“I’ve lived here for years — in fact, I practically grew up in this community — and I’ve always felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful. They go above and beyond not just with maintenance and day-to-day needs, but also in creating thoughtful events that bring both residents and staff together. They always get the work done and on time, which I really appreciate. It’s a place that truly feels like home. I’ve never had any major issues, and I’m grateful for the environment they continue to build here. Highly recommend!”

It also offers great amenities such as a gym, study room, swimming pool, and sports courts, which make the experience even better. Chelsea, who assisted us during the leasing process, was very kind, respectful of our time, and always attentive throughout the process. It has been a great experience, and we are very happy with our choice.”

I love the community, the office staff, maintenance & the apts here. I know the reviews can be misleading but the office works hard to resolve issues. Most of these negative comments are just ridiculous! Mandi Karla & Miguel are the best.”

Property manager Sarah and the new guy at the office is working hard to get improvements and every single time I go to the office they work quick and efficiently at the top of that they are even working to get my rent payment reduced with Montgomery county , just amazing! I’m very well treated ! Definitely getting my lease renewed and I can see that our community will be one of the safest and best to leave in silver spring!”
