“It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but the issue didn't get resolved. When the maintenance man arrived, the drain was working, but five minutes after he left the water started bubbling up again. I called him to let him know, and recoded a video to show him. The maintenance man said he'll be back later, or tomorrow. He didn't show. The kitchen sink is still bubbling water. I put in a new ticket yesterday, and as of yet no one showed up to fix the drain.”
“I’ve lived here for years — in fact, I practically grew up in this community — and I’ve always felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. The staff is incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful. They go above and beyond not just with maintenance and day-to-day needs, but also in creating thoughtful events that bring both residents and staff together. They always get the work done and on time, which I really appreciate. It’s a place that truly feels like home. I’ve never had any major issues, and I’m grateful for the environment they continue to build here. Highly recommend!”

“Overall best place to live in White Oak. The only issues are the roaches sometimes. But as soon as you report it they come by. This place is clean, safe, and quiet. The office is very pleasant too. Maintenance is the quickest I’ver ever experienced.”

“Summit Hills is a very pleasant place to live. The atmosphere is calm, the apartment is comfortable and well maintained, and the area feels safe. It also offers great amenities such as a gym, study room, swimming pool, and sports courts, which make the experience even better. Chelsea, who assisted us during the leasing process, was very kind, respectful of our time, and always attentive throughout the process. It has been a great experience, and we are very happy with our choice.”

“I lived here for 7 yrs and left because of a housing opportunity. I have been coming back throughout the year scoping out the new availability & am excited to come back. I love the community, the office staff, maintenance & the apts here. I know the reviews can be misleading but the office works hard to resolve issues. Most of these negative comments are just ridiculous! Mandi Karla & Miguel are the best.”

Property manager Sarah and the new guy at the office is working hard to get improvements and every single time I go to the office they work quick and efficiently at the top of that they are even working to get my rent payment reduced with Montgomery county , just amazing! I’m very well treated ! Definitely getting my lease renewed and I can see that our community will be one of the safest and best to leave in silver spring!”
“I have been here for 7 months and have talked to tenants who have been living here for over 15 years and told me that some mentally unstable people moved into this beautiful old building that's when the building became very dirty and filthy.,,Because of some people on section 8 really never lived in a building like this before and couldn't appreciate the fact that these older apartments are much larger than the newer ones so don't blame the owner put the blame on ungrateful people who doesn't understand how to live in a family friendly apartment building.,,Let me tell you that this is a very nice community of nice people who live in this fine older building.,, You get rid of the trouble makers this building will be great again just like it used to be and that's the bottom line.”
