The person in charge of this store in Laurel today (said her name was Adriana) has a nasty, unpleasant attitude. She even raised her voice at me. She should reconsider whether she wants to work here because she definitely doesn't have the capabilities for customer service.

Betel was very knowledgeable and very helpful in supporting my mother in law with her iPhone setup and data transfer. We really appreciate her expertise and kindness.

I switched over to ATT from Verizon at this store in Laurel, seemed to go smooth but then I continued to have issues making calls/texts/data ... after 3 visits to this store in a couple hours they still didn't do anything but said it takes a few days to fully changeover. I had no way of contacting anyone. Spent several hours on phone with ATT customer service (could only call 611) which was also useless. Finally drove to an ATT retail store in Dundalk and they were able to help within 5 min. The ATT store in Laurel never gave me a SIM card so I still had the Verizon sim inside. Three different people at the store didn't figure that out. Yet the guy at the retail store in Dundalk figured it out immediately and gave me an esim within 5 min. So much unnecessary frustration caused by the store in Laurel due to their lack of very simple knowledge.

My husband broke his phone and called to get another one. They said it would be overnight.ok
Two days later no phone.A month no phone. They finally sent a phone but they charged us for 3 lines but we're only are suppose to have 2 . Very time we call and talk to customer service they add another line now we have 5 lines and our bill is $400.00 from 121.00. We are tired of Att very stressful.
You said call customer service we called customer service about 7 or 8 times and was at Greenbelt office and Laurel office nobody knows what they are doing.

Tomika, was the best in person phone representative that I have ever encountered. She didn't shy away from a difficult task and showed the patience and determination to see it through of a champion. Tomika at Laurel At&T, you're phenomenal!!

My experience with At & t representative Adriana was fantastic. She fix all 5 phones making sure all service was working properly. Apply all discounts and explain the breakdown of my bill. She differently deserves 10 ? for all her hardworking. Thanks ?? ? again for all your hard work

Adriana assisted my husband and self over the past two days. She was amazing. She was able to fix my account, trade in phones and fix the issues I was having. She even made us aware of discounts that’s available from being a first responder. I want to give 10 stars but they stop at 5. Thank you ?

Horrendous customer service. Do not shop with this store. The short, female representative was incredibly rude and condescending. Her behavior and lack of knowledge or willingness to explain was atrocious. Do better.

The sales rep was amazing. It's not his fault that my phone stopped working as soon as I just finished paying it off . I feel like AT&T scam me into getting a new phone . My phone had no water damaged. It was working perfectly fine till I paid it off and it completely stopped working. Dark Screen , even the sales representative tried to reset the phone but still it wouldn't turned on . Again the rep was amazing , that location is my favorite I always have an amazing experience there. But my experience with AT&T has not been good . What y'all did was a scam. This economy is already hard for everyone, I shouldn't have to buy a new phone because my phone company decided to scammed me into doing so .
