My car was towed, and I was never notified of where it was taken. I contacted multiple tow companies and law enforcement agencies and no one could locate it. I only found it by chance nearly two weeks later, and was immediately hit with over $1,100 in storage fees.
These charges are unfair, predatory, and exploitative, especially considering I had no reasonable way to retrieve my vehicle sooner. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process.
The lack of communication, accountability, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

How do you explain $645 for a tow when a vehicle was only there for 5hrs. If a company has so many negative reviews, idk how they are still in business.

If I can give this company no rating , I would . Biggest scam there is in Maryland . Owner VERY rude . Mechanics just as rude as the owner . And if you want to get ripped off . These are your guys . Very inconsiderate people who won’t work with you at all ..it’s very sad . There a HUGE difference in speaking to others with assertiveness .. they need to reconsider what that really means because they way they speak to customers is a tab bit disowning . The owner is the most disappointing of them all . Please save yourself the scam and headache . Nothing of our payments was fraudulent . That’s a poor judgment from your part considering our communication was on point for that reason . Our ratings for our company is on point for that reason . Nothing fraudulent here . There was no breakdown or explanation of anything being complimentary. Everything was paid for . good day ☺️

READ & TRUST THE REVIEWS!! I am not one to automatically make bad reviews or put a company down but the way they talk to there customers & how rude & unprofessional they are, they definitely deserve all of the bad reviews they got. Had an 18wheeler truck towed through them after a wreck & came to pick it up. He was automatically rude & made up a bunch of lies saying things where wrong with the truck when there wasn't. Said we couldn't work on the truck on his property & none of his guys would work on it in 50 degree weather. Then told us it had to be towed out & that whatever towing company we used had to have his insurance. Said it couldn't be dropped off at a rest area or truck stop & couldn't drop it on the side of the road (even though we found a company that agreed to let us park it on the side of the road outside of their company) . He yelled & cussed at my husband over the phone for asking questions & made us feel like he didn't even want to speak. He is all about taking money & doesn't want you to be able to take your vehicle. I wouldn't choose this towing company if it was the last one available. Do better & have some respect & professionalism.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I had a great experience with Automotive Support. I was in an auto accident Friday evening and the police had Automotive Support tow my car. Saturday morning I wasn’t ready to tow my car but needed to get my car seat for my child out. I called around 9am,10am. John answered and informed me that they didn’t open until 12 but to call back in 5 mins to see if he could get someone up there so that I could gather my belongings.
I called back in 5 mins and he had somebody at the lot by time I got off the phone with him. They also had me fill out paperwork so that my car wouldn’t be move off the lot within the next 5 days. Also gave me an additional form to fax to them when the insurance was ready to pick the car up so that I wouldn’t have to make an additional trip back to the lot.
I ended up getting the car towed myself on Wednesday. I called and they gave me the price that needed to be paid. When the tow truck arrived to Automotive Support they processed my car out with no problems. In fact Automotive Support was one of the stress free experiences I’ve had since getting into my auto accident Friday.
Thank you for easing some of my chaos this week. I recommend!
Also to add I saw some comments about race. I’m a person of color and was not treated as if they had a problem with me being African American.

I know this place has had a fair number of negative reviews, however my experience with picking up a vehicle was fine. I did notice that the hours posted on site are different than what is listed here. I would recommend fixing the incorrect one.
The two folks in front of me also seemed to be fine with the service.

Do not recommend going to this towing company. The customer service is not up to par and the “owner,” CJ, is very much high tempered and rude. He practically screamed at me because I was asking questions that I needed answers to and he wasn’t answering them at all; not even having the slightest decency to clarify anything that he said. Not only that, but he hung up on me a few times and claimed that the “line dropped” when it really didn’t. As I read through all the reviews, I strongly believe that this company needs to be permanently closed. Furthermore, they took my car without consulting me and gaining my permission; they’re charging me 300 for the tow (a tow i didn’t request), 150 for towing my car out of the woods, 150 for the fuel they used to drive to my location on top of another 150 for the fact that they were searching for my car. This company is a scam and needs to be investigated and closed down. I have never been so disgusted and disrespected until then. The pricing in itself are outrageous.

On 7/23/2024, I wrote the following review:
On 7/22/2024, I was sitting in traffic on 495 South around 5:20pm. One of your tow trucks came barreling down the SHOULDER of the road blaring his horn and almost hit me weaving in and out of traffic; I had to move at the last minute to avoid him coming down the shoulder. He went onto Georgia Avenue and went back to driving normal. I didn't have my dash cam today, unfortunately, but next time I will let him hit me and take you to court.
On 7/23/2024, the company responded with:
"Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We have reviewed our onboard cameras and discussed your concerns with our staff. It's important to understand that we are emergency responders headed to an incident, which often creates the traffic you might be stuck in. Our response time is crucial to the motoring public because without our timely response, the impact on traffic would be much greater. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to clear incidents as quickly and safely as possible."
On 7/25/2024, my response is as follows:
Let’s be clear:
1) Your driver was flying down the shoulder of 495 South laying on the horn the whole way. While we were all siting in traffic, a vehicle was on the shoulder, prompting your detestable employee to suddenly jerk to the left to avoid hitting it, cutting me off and almost hitting me in the process, had I not turned the front of my vehicle.
2) He then went onto Georgia Avenue WHERE THE ACCIDENT WASN’T BECAUSE IT WAS FURTHER DOWN 495 SOUTH, so he was only PRETENDING he was trying to get anywhere.
3) YOU ARE NOT EMERGENCY RESPONDERS! Under MD law, you can turn around at emergency vehicle turn-arounds, THAT’S IT. If you were authorized as emergency responders, you would be authorized commensurate equipment (lights, siren, and exemption from traffic laws while responding). Relying on a horn and flying down the shoulder (AND NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO THE ACCIDENT) does not make you a responder. That’s the most obnoxious response I’ve read to date.
