Autonation is great! They welcome you with a smile and understanding. While trying to Understand what you are describing what's wrong with your car. They make it personal by introducing them as your personal assistant in keeping you updated with your car with a face to face, phone call or text. The lady at the check out is always smiling and helpful. She ensure you understand your bill and it is what they told you, no matter how busy she is with other customers. Great place to carry your car.

?Where do I start, called customer service was told no appointments. Supervisor gets me an appointment. Car dropped off Friday morning, diagnostics not done until Monday afternoon. Car sits for nearly 2wks while customer service manager applies minimal effort because warranty company doesn't want to fix my repairs. Always no loaner cars or rentals given. The first time I visited this dealership in laurel, MD left my car with mom for a week to get repairs done while in Atlanta nothing was done 3x when my mom brought the car. Dealership has 3 different managers since dealing with them over a year. Mother told me when she brought my car, a lady was upset her car set for a week for an oil change is ridiculous!!!!!! Had to call corporate to complain but no supervisor called me back either figure that they don't care also... Also just bought my car they damaged it while in there possession blamed me had to wait over a month to get fixed during management change...smfh

I have been going to Autonation Buick, GMC and Chevrolet since I own my truck in 2019. They are a great group of people to work with to take care of my truck. They always let you know on up coming work that need to be done and give you the cost so you can prepare yourself. I highly appreciate you to check them out.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend paying for the service for the second time they did not perform the service and I paid. Recommends to do what I did, take a photo before leaving the car to have proof that Nathan provided his service in my case to Casado twice in case of scour and tire rotation. I feel disappointed in the service provided.
