This is how things operate at this dealership. I brought in a brand new vehicle - GMC Denali -Sierra on February 16, 2024, due to a check engine light issue. I called on February 19th, 2024, to inquire about the status of the vehicle. I was informed that there were no notes in their system, and the vehicle was still in the shop. Since then, I have been calling every day to get an update, but there has been no progress, with the response consistently being that it is still in the shop. However, through my GMC app, I discovered that my car was parked in the dealership's parking lot rather than inside the shop. I visited the dealership multiple times to address this discrepancy.On February 24, 2024, I contacted GMC Manufacturer and opened a case with their customer service, sharing my frustration. I was informed that a case had been opened, and they would contact the dealership for an update. However, there was no progress, and despite my continuous inquiries with the dealership, I received no satisfactory response. I requested my vehicle back if they were unable to locate it, but the manager informed me that on February 27th, 2024, Mr. Powell called and left no status update, and since then, I have been unable to reach him.Finally, on March 7th, 2024, the GMC Manufacturer team informed me that the dealership had ordered the necessary part, which would take a few days to a week to be delivered. The part was shipped to them on March 5th, 2024, and received by the dealership within a few days. However, when I called them, they stated that my vehicle was of lesser priority and had not been fixed yet. As of March 17, 2024, it has been 32 days since my vehicle has been at the dealership. I went to retrieve my keys so I could take my vehicle to another dealer. They handed me the keys without hesitation and without providing any update. However, they were unable to provide me with a repair order and claimed that since I checked in the vehicle under Auto Nation Chevrolet, they did not have a repair order for it.I called numerous times to speak with the manager and advisor but experienced horrible customer service. Please, please, please do not take your vehicle for service at this dealership. Furthermore, when I finally obtained my repair order on March 20th, 2024, I discovered that they scanned my vehicle for a check engine issue and found no problems since the latest ECM was installed. It is evident that they misled customers by claiming there was a part issue and ordered it. The part was removed from the repair order before I was given one.

Nobody explained the condition of my vehicle. I received all information from a system generated email. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the keys were lost & I had to wait for an hour for it to be found. The office maintenance manager was very friendly and tried his best to locate the keys.

I always get 5 star service at AutoNation GMC in Laurel. We have been going there for 3 cars and about 12 years. I doesn’t matter who the service advisor is they have all been great. This time it was Moises. He did a great job keeping me informed about the progress on my service and showed me a couple of other problems that were unsafe and needed to be fixed. Thank you Moises.

I am very pleased with the my recent service experience at AutoNation. My service advisor, Moises was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process from check in to check out. The inspection revealed that we needed additional work done and that it would take a few more hours to complete. Moises thoroughly explained what needed to be done and the cost for the repairs in a way that I understood and felt assured that the work would be done correctly and timely. He is the best advisor at AutoNation! This is my second time being assigned to him we will only take our vehicle to AutoNation for future repairs and services thanks to Moises and their other competent staff! Thanks to all.

Michelle was really helpful and I had a great experience working with her. A number of years ago I had a sub par experience with one of your competitors and was not looking forward to this. However, I was pleasantly surprised had a very good experience with you and will probably return in the near future, this time to buy a car for my son.

AutoNation GMC was absolutely fantastic in helping me solve the mystery of my on/off check engine light. They were patient, honest, & transparent throughout the process and my Buick is running like new again! Very appreciative of their hard work!

When arrived to the Service, they can’t find my car on the system, I told them that my car was parked in front of the building, they went to check the service number and went to inside an office to find my ticket, surprise the price for programming my Transmission (2012 GMC Terrain AWD) was $608.68, even the Mercedes Benz doesn’t charge too much for connecting a Scanner and press some buttons, there is a Programming Guy to charge $200 on site, but my mistake paid for. And 2 days after the programming, I got a Check Engine light, I really don’t want to come back to the Dealership if they will charge the same price just for looking for with a scanner.
