Called to ask if they had parts for my car. Both employees were just so incredibly rude. I told them I had called other autozones in the area who told me they didn’t have the parts, but could order them. They told me they did not have the parts, nor could order them. I asked why could the other stores order them, but their store couldn’t. They’re response was, “We’re not lying to you.” They’re just made cuz they work at a low traffic store making minimum wage LOL. It’s cool though, I’ll be calling cooperate.

Whoever this man is that works at the back for the 'commercial parts' area. He is the effing man. That's all, give this man a raise and someone else should haul the battery cores because everyone else at the store are stupid...

Worst place to go they aren’t helpful, they act like they are doing you a favor even though they don’t install any part to your car just the basics battery or light bulbs plus I asked oxygen sensor bank one sensor one guy with long hair told me he doesn’t know it and asked if there are any mechanic on the line behind me, waste of time.

I recently had an experience at AutoZone that compelled me to write this review, specifically to commend one of their team members, Jaime P. What I witnessed at this particular AutoZone store was something I've never seen before in the auto world, and it made me truly appreciate the incredible team they have.On a day when there was an unexpected rush of people coming into the store, all with urgent matters that needed immediate attention, chaos seemed imminent. Everyone was in a hurry, seeking assistance for their various auto-related concerns. Amidst this chaotic scene, there was one customer who believed he was entitled to be served first and didn't take it well when things didn't go his way.In an astonishing turn of events, this individual resorted to a criminal act, wielding a spray can and threatening to cause havoc by indiscriminately spraying it around. The situation could have taken a dangerous and devastating turn, and the safety of everyone present was at risk.It was at this critical juncture that Jaime P. stepped in and demonstrated remarkable composure and professionalism. She managed to defuse the situation and prevent it from escalating further. Her quick thinking, calm demeanor, and ability to handle a high-pressure situation were truly commendable. Jaime's actions not only protected the well-being of the customers and staff but also averted a potential disaster.I would also like to extend my appreciation to the entire weekend morning staff at this AutoZone location. Their exemplary customer service and, more importantly, their patience and kind-hearted approach in handling difficult situations should be acknowledged.This incident highlighted the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of AutoZone's dedicated staff. I sincerely hope the higher-ups at AutoZone recognize Jaime P. and the entire morning team for their exceptional performance during this challenging event.AutoZone has undoubtedly won a customer for life in me due to the outstanding team they have in place. I got to replace my Honda CRV battery under warranty. Tech. Alvino was there, very helpful, prompt, and professional. Got the work done within 10 minutes of my arrival in the store.

Great Customer Service!!!!I came in to get my battery replaced and Rachel was helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Got there, told her what I needed and she immediately walked out to check the car with me, helped me select the battery and installed it without skipping a beat. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I really appreciate you Rachel, I hope the store knows the incredible staff member they have in their crew.

I came in today (Sunday) and I'm blown away at the service I received. Mr Saied was so helpful as well as everyone else working there today. If I could give 20 stars I would. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you all so much. HIGHLY RECCOMEND the entire Sunday staff.
