I recently had my Ford Transit repaired at BAC Collision after it sustained major roof damage, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. Every time I called, they provided me with detailed updates on the repair process, making me feel confident that my van was in good hands.
The team at BAC Collision did an incredible job repairing the damage. They replaced all the necessary parts with original manufacturer parts, and the quality of their work is outstanding. When I went to pick up the van, I was amazed at how pristine it looked. You could hardly tell it had ever been in a collision—every bump and scratch was gone, and it looked brand new.

Excellent service at a great price. They kept me informed throughout the process as they looked for good prices on used pieces, and also drove me to their other station which was closer to my home. They also cleaned and polished older pieces to match the new ones.

Matched color of my car to perfection.
The logistics and coordination made me a little apprehensive but take your pics and your videos. They will not discuss estimates over the phone. They will do a good job on your car.
Careful on the entrance right off a busy route, sharp right turn into the place. I will come back and refer, as long as the same people work there.

Mr. Over And Beyond. Yea sure, they did a fantastic job on repairing the body on my van (2019 Dodge Grand Caravan) but I got it back super clean. (Inside and outside).
They helped me get my rental car, and went toe to toe with my insurance company all of the curve balls they tried to throw at us. And went as far as dropping me off to get it.
Obviously, I am a super satisfied customer, but ultimately, felt like home, and that I was apart of a winning team. Ernie and Riley are a dynamic duo, and I am referring everybody to Bac Collision. There is no reason not to bring your vehicle here.

Awesome work on the OEM quarter panel paint, windshield replacement, and brake rotor installation for my S197 GT. Ernie did a phenomenal job working my issues with the vehicle. Would 100% recommend coming out to get work done at this local business! Will be coming back for all my car issues.

BAC collision center did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the water leak problem we were having with our car. As a small shop you need to be patient and follow up on status, but the work is excellent and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.
