The phone number doesn’t work when you call. The tellers station is not fully staffed. The requirements to cash a check changes constantly. They require 2 forms of identification to cash a check if you don’t have a second I’d they want you to use a debit card which makes no sense. If your not forced to bank with BOA I highly recommend using another bank

Worst BOA location I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest to me but I will no longer use this branch. Every visit to a teller consists of a 40+ minute wait.

I went to this Bank of America to cash a check a business wrote me from this bank and they would not cash it. Bank of America will not cash a check over a certain denomination even though they can immediately check the account status

I went into the Bank this morning with so much trepidation after reading negative reviews about the Branch.I summes up courage to go and was I pleasantly surprised??? For a Monday morning, there was no queue, contrary to the reviews and I approached a staff with my intention and she immediately took me to the appropriate staff to attend to me.I must commend the professionalism of Fabian Romero, the BoA officer, who attended to me. Not only was he professional, he was quite friendly and of great assistance. My transaction was completed in good time.I left the Bank quite satisfied.Thumbs up BoA in Laurel?

VERY, VERY BUSY! UNDERSTAFFED BRANCH!! With very long lines! 5 "Registers" available however, only 2 clerks assisting customers. And there is no one at the Business Clients "Register" which defeats the purpose of even having a dedicated clients line anyways... BofA is slacking in so many ways! It seems like this is a problem at every single branch! WHY DOESN'T CORPORATE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?

This bank is always understaffed. The employees are good, but there is no effort to put the customer at the center of the experience. I come to this bank for work and always black out an hour to come because I know how slow this branch is. BoA needs to hire more people to staff the bank. Maybe if BoA trimmed some executive pay or engage in practices that get it fined $100,000,000, they could provide its customers with a decent experience. But that’s doubtful.

DISCRIMINATIONI went to this BOA location, after I dropped my daughter off at her learning center to cash my check from my contracting job. The owner of my contracting company I work for, has a BOA business account. When I was greeted by the teller, and provided her with my check, she initially stated that she may not be able to cash my check due the amount. I told her, I usually cash my checks at BOA locations and there has never been an issue before due to the limit, since it was below $5k. She processed my check, verified my identifications, and told me that it was a $8 fee. She had to get her managers approval. When the manager came to her, she asked for his approval. Then she said, “ She cannot cash my check BC IM NOT A BOA MEMBER!”. As much as I wanted to challenge that statement, bc where is there a policy that says that, and if that was the case why tell me about an $8 fee for non members to cash a check from their financial institution.As a black woman, who works hard to provide her child, in this inflation. Is messed up. Clearly I needed the money ASAP, because I couldn’t wait for my bank to clear the check in two business days.
