refund marked as manually processed for order purchased online never received. i thought i was saving time by returning the item here instead of waiting for refund by returning it via mail. my credit card company/bank says the process is automatic and there's nothing they can do. seeing the reviews i see why my 800 dollar refund is missing. Update manager refuse dto call corporate and ask for sales audit. Finally he called a number and pretended it was corporate. The person on the phone assured me the refund would just take 2 more days and then gave me his extension. I asked the store manager for the number to call back. The number he gave me wasn't corporate and told me it was geek squad and they don't have any extension there. cleary scam going on here.

Now I went to bring a TV and they gave me one in bad used condition. I think that for a prestigious store they shouldn't give things in bad condition, very badly because they didn't even have the cable to connect the TV to the power, they are paying a fair price how so that they come out with things that are not even useful

When I was young (50 years ago), there were a lot of appliance stores. Circuit City comes to mind. There are still a few left, but Best Buy has the biggest market share in this area. Besides all the computer supplies, they have their Geek Squad to assist qualified buyers. Tv"s to microwaves. They have it all.

We went to find a wall mount for a new television. We found the right one at a great price. We also found an antenna for the TV because this one is not hooked up to cable. And the price was less than expected.

The Best Buy in Laurel really comes through. My last 2 Best Buy trips, Columbia & Glen Burnie were out but Laurel had the products I wanted in stock.Might be My new fav store!
