I ordered the chicken club sandwich. The first time it came out with avocado on one side and chicken on the other. When I picked up the sandwich (avocado and not knowing it was all avocado) the sandwich all fell apart in my hand. When I looked inside that’s when I clearly saw one side had chicken and the one with avocado barely any meat. Asked them to fix it again better and when it came out, the bread was all soggy. Then I just ordered a half of ribs to go because I was irritated at this point. Took them over 30 minutes and then they still messed up the bill. I would suggest going to any other restaurants in the area UNLESS you want to be frustrated.

This past Saturday evening I accompanied my dance team to this BJ’s restaurant and was extremely disappointed. We have been coming for 3 years straight as a fun tradition after our annual nearby dance competition, and our tradition will be coming to an end. We came as a group of 7 girls and our parents, with our reservation planned multiple weeks in advance. We looked forward to coming to BJ’s for such a long time, and we were extremely let down. Our reservation was messed up and we ended up having to sit completely separated from the parents, on opposite ends of the restaurant. We arrived at 6:30pm and we didn’t have any server approach us at all until after 7, and we didn’t receive our drinks until almost 7:30. No refills were offered to us, our menus weren’t taken away, and our server didn’t ask how we were doing even once. One of the two appetizers we ordered came out at around 7:45, the other one seemingly forgotten never came out and we ended up receiving it in a to go box at the end of our visit hours later. Our parents had fairly good service, and they were finishing their entrees at the time we received our drinks. Since we had been dancing all day long, we arrived to BJ’s starving and ready to eat. Im sure you can see how waiting an hour for a drink and two hours for food was not what we had in mind. A huge group of children behind our table consistently ran around and bumped into our seats, and we (along with our parents) were aggressively reprimanded numerous times by the host for “walking in her zone” when we weren’t even close to her. When our food did come out around 8:30, there will multiple problems, like chicken missing from salads, undercooked burgers, sides missing from meals, and meatballs missing from pasta. With help from the manager, we ended up receiving all the missing things from our meals, except my missing meatball. I never received my meatball in my spaghetti, which was $1.50 extra, despite multiple promises from employees. When we finally got all of our food, at around 8:30, all of it was mediocre and dry. We had been looking forward to enjoying pizookies for dessert, but ended up having to leave before dessert because of how long our visit had taken. We ended up leaving around 9:15, which was way later than we intended to leave considering we had to wake up extremely early for the competition the next morning. In summary, my team and our parents had a terrible time at this establishment and will have to find a new fun place to attend annually.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, and specifically told the server to make sure there was no mushroom or meat on it. After 45 minutes, the pizza arrived with mushrooms and a piece of meat on it, at the same time missing the additional requested topping. I understand that order can be messed up in busy times.The server said he would get us a new one, instead he just removed mushrooms and meat and served the same. He kept lying that it was a new pizza when it wasn't.Disappointed with shortcuts and being lied to cover screwups.

One star is generous. We sat down over an hour ago and still waiting on main course. We had our appetizer and it was ok. Finally posting an update on my original review. The manager responded to our concerns and addressed them while we were in the restaurant. She made sure we received our entrees and adjusted the bill. Thank you to the server and also management for addressing the problems. I have adjusted the ratings from the original one star.

It was my very first time coming to this restaurant and I ended up having a really bad time. My group of friends and I came here as a celebration for a dance competition and it’s normally tradition to come here but unfortunately we now have to break this tradition. We placed reservations a month in advance but we ended up having to sit on opposite ends of the table from the rest of our party. We had no server for about 45 minutes and our service was pretty okay with her but the worst part was the food. We ordered our food when it was still light outside but we got our food when it was pitch black outside. I ordered my food first and waited 2 hours just to get it served last. There were missing parts of everyone’s meal like missing sides, chicken, and meatballs gone from pasta. This location had some of the worst service ever. We only got a discount and no apologies were ever given. This restaurant doesn’t deserve the reviews it’s been given.

I have been going to this establishment for 3 years after my dance competitions. We have always looked forward to our yearly trip to this bjs and consider it a tradition. Unfortunately this tradition ended today. We had made a reservation weeks in advance but when we arrived there was no table ready for us and the only table that could accommodate a party of our size had been taken. We had to split into a kids table and an adults table on opposite ends of the restaurant. Nobody came to serve us for 30 minutes and when we finally placed our orders it took an hour for the food to come while the table that was seated 30 minutes after us got their food within 20 minutes. When we asked the server about the status of our food she said that the kitchen was backed up because there was a party of more than 40 but they had already gotten all of their food. The server went to check on her other tables very frequently but she never came over to ours except to bring the food. In addition when we were just trying to get to our parents because they were in the other side of the restaurant the hostess was very rude and yelled at us to get out of her zone and that we had to walk in almost a full circle around the restaurant when the lobby was already very crowded.

Food was ok, sever was ok. Atmosphere wasn't that bad. However, the table next to my family and I was a little out of order. They took the turkey burger off the menu so I don't think I'll come back again. Thr food just doesn't taste as good as it did two years ago.

Arrived March 5th, 2024 at 4:45pm. We waited seven minutes for someone to seat our party of three. Ended up being seated by our soon to be waiter because no host/hostess was present. Took another seven minutes to get our drink order and appetizer taken but ended up giving the waiter the whole order. Then another eight minutes to get our drinks. About fifteen minutes later we get the appetizer and one meal. So I was eating the appetizer and my kid was eating her main dish. My wife had nothing. We had asked for our salads to be brought out before the main dishes but they arrived just before. Which means we are eating the salads and main meal simultaneously. My wife got the Salmon and my kid got the burger. Both were ok they said but my ribeye had so much salt on it I had to scrape off the top side. The waiter offered to take it back but we had been there so much longer than we needed to be. I even had my wife try my ribeye. She had a hard time swallowing it before the scraping of the top. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. At this point I just wanted to eat and go. I won’t go back unless management makes a major change. The is the same place we went to last year where the hostess told us we had to wait because they sent employees home. They didn’t think they’d get busy. We ended up leaving at 6:24pm.

Great service and
