I arrived there at my scheduled time and he was outside to greet me. I was nervous about the inspection because it was my first. He let me know that if there’s anything wrong and if I could get any issues taken care of that he and his team are willing to do the repairs. Thankfully I passed. They were extremely courteous (especially Janelle). She is an absolute gem and evoked confidence, knowledge and amazing customer service.
My truck was diagnosed and COMPLETED in less than 10 days.
Issue: Insurance claim involving a large tree limb that fell on my truck and caused damage to body.
They even went above and beyond to work with an outside company to help choose and replace my truck bed cover also damaged and part of the insurance claim.
Simply couldn't ask for a better experience with anyone else.
Will hold this place (especially Janelle and the quality of repairs) in high regards.

Maryland Collision was highly recommended by Koon Ford. Elijah came over to Koon to examine the car and provided an estimate. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
