BP is a major energy company that provides consistent, dependable, high-quality fuels. It supports communities by reinvesting a significant amount of its earnings—over $90 billion in the past 10 years—making it America's top energy investor. The company supports over 145,000 jobs across the country and contributes to economic growth and prosperity. Customers appreciate that BP’s gas prices are often cheaper than surrounding stores. However, some experiences vary, with reports of half the pumps being out of service and delays caused by complicated digital control pads. Customers sometimes face issues with card reading at pumps, requiring cashier assistance. The station includes a clean restroom, which is well-maintained, and staff members are helpful, despite occasional communication challenges. Overall, BP is recognized for its investment in the community, quality fuels, and efforts to support customers, though some operational inconveniences have been noted.

I had rewards points from Harris Teeter, which made it worthwhile. The pump could not read my charge card, so I had to wait for a cashier.

Gas prices are reasonable and I prefer the BP brand. However, the air machine there is BROKEN, and took air out of my tires, instead of putting air in. I wasted $3.00 (two attempts), trying to inflate my two tires. I had to go to a different station.
