“After seeing the 4.0 rating and the great quote on the windshield replacement I received over the phone, I decided to give the business a chance.I was a little bit skeptical when I got to the place as it is a “hole in the wall” and the waiting room seems really run down. Some of the reviews are correct that the shop area is a little dirty, but if you want a quick service done well, go here! Keep in mind that it is a family owned and operated business.They don’t price gouge their customers, I paid $225 for a windshield replacement (+5 credit card fee), and the other more well-known companies quoted me $380-$600. They were fast (45 mins), and they also vacuumed my carpet, floor mats, and seats.Will definitely take it here again! :)”

“I called the office to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional, helped me choose the more affordable option for me. Their mobile service is complimentary, which is GREAT!. The day of my service I called to make a last minute switch due to the rainy weather, I asked if it could be done at a parking garage near my house and they did just that!. I was also able to reach the technician, Troy, to confirm with him and he called me when he was 25 mins away. Less then an hour later I was headed home with a new windshield. Both times they took great care of the car and did all they could to keep things timely (even though the parts were hard to get). One of the few shops in Laurel I actually trust.”

“I was rear ended back in 9/8/2022 and Maryland Collision did an amazing job. Not only did they fix my car with authentic original parts not after market. They always provide fast service and they take care of their customers. So, it was a no brainer that I would return to Maryland Collision when an idiot broke into my car, stole my airbag on 2/14/2024. I felt violated. Glass was everywhere. My husband cleaned it up as best he could to get it to MD Collision; however, when I picked up the car I thought man I’ll have to take it to get it cleaned and get the glass removed well when I got there to my surprise the car was fixed and completely cleaned. No trace of any glass. They removed the seat and vacuumed no trace of glass. I love this place because it a one stop shop. They educate you on safety and then Hertz picked me up for the rental. I was able to pick up my car and leave the rental at Maryland Collision. I’m grateful for the team. As I was moving my items out of the rental and into my car I dropped my earpiece in between the seat. It’s 5 pm their leaving and I was giving up. The gentleman said no we’re not giving up and located my earpiece. That’s over and beyond their job description. Thank you Maryland Collision.
