Worst banking experience made me recite my social security number last time really not too sure what the issue is at this branchEdit: the lastet visit was more timely and no one expected me to recite my social security. Still made me fill out a slip for withdrawal should find a better method for that

I have come to this bank several tomes now and they close at 5 Pm. It is 3:30 when i walk in and they wont open an acount for me. I wil look for another bank.

Horrible, They treat blacks way differently, wouldn't cash my check only would deposit it , told me I have to wait 11 day to access my money. This the second time I've had this happen to me the first when I opened the account. I've had an account for 3 months or so and 2 out of the 4 times ive had very disturbing experiences... Why do I have to wait 11 days fir a check to clear that's official...

Great communication and service. The associate helped me work with the main service office to troubleshoot some issues with my application. While the verification and reverification (and re and re) process I had to go through was obnoxious as heck, the support at this branch by these professionals was great. Supported by Joey Ho.

Came in to open an account but nobody helped us just one lady came said that we can’t do it today and still had time 1 hour left to close there were two people who want to open an account she said to one that we can’t because it’s only 1 hour left to close and system will not allow us and to us she said we have appointments at 12 pm but believe me it was all empty.That’s why this branch has only 2.6 starsThey don’t need business.

I spent 10 years with JP Morgan Chase in the Columbia Maryland location, Dimon came on board from Bank One 2 years later, before Chase ever had banking branches anywhere beyond the Tri-State area. At that time, I was one of FEW African Americans, regardless of gender, in the entire Division (Jack Adams Divisional, Joe Bak Regional), and continuously complained directly to Dimon about the lack of diversity, especiallyin leadership. Outside of NY, NJ and CT, there wasn't a Latino employed from Maryland to Georgia. Walked in this Branch today and was not surprised to see it staffed practically with only Latinos. I say that because, unlike during my time, Chase employs based demographics of the area it opens up shop. JP Morgan Chase is JP MORGAN CHASE, it is entrenched in the founders view of access to capital and credit by minorities just as Wells Fargo is. And yes, I worked for Wells Fargo prior to their merger under the flag of Norwest Mortgage Inc.

This is the worst branch I've ever been in .. I was looking to open an account at this location and the girl was rude and not helpful also there was a line and was trying to get me out of the way.. thank God didn't open account there

I needed to open a bank account and I was very well received by Luana Meneses. She gave me all the help in Portuguese and English, she was extremely attentive to me. With her support, I was sure that I was opening the account with the best option within my needs. I installed the chase app at the same time and she instructed me how to use it. Love this Branch! A young lady by the name of Tameer helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. I haven’t been in the branch in a while so Ive never seen her but she was soo good with my transaction.

This branch is by far the worst, the staff lacks any knowledge as they have to research any/every question I may ask. They closed my account without reaching out to me first to get issue resolved, which was only a verification of signer on check. My wife and I have been given different information about the same account. Do yourself a favor, go to the Bowie location or even better go next door to Capital One for your banking needs.

Went in to file a fraud claim rude Indian lady said it would take awhile and that I needed to schedule an appt. In the meantime three people are sitting in their office on their cell phones withy no customers.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. the cashier seemed to have a lot of attitude . And it was only one cashier on the 30th of September 2022. I thought this was a good bank and was contemplating making this my bank but I hated the service I received . It could be a race thing but she was black just like me . They need to do a lot better . Trying to tell the customer that the atm can be used without opening her ears properly to hear the amount I was trying to collect was just silly. It’s my funds and I should be allowed to collect it In person if I choose . You aren’t there to just sit pretty . You are there to work. And besides the funds I wanted to collect meant I had to enter the bank . So be more attentive . She’s lucky I dint get to see her name . She needs a crash course on customer service

I scheduled an appointment last week and I arrived for said appointment today for them to say he doesn't work today.. nice way to spend my Saturday morning. Gotta read the reviews of places for making appointments.
