This pharmacy is the pits. Longest wait ever, no one at register. People are waiting indefinitely, hoping for someone to man the register. Crazy.

If you need a prescription filled right away, DO NOT SEND IT HERE! Send your medicine to another location or you will be waiting for days! They never fill the medicine on time and I called them and was on hold for 30 plus minutes! They never answer, understaffed, and medicine is not readily available. The lines are always long! This place is a nuisance to deal with. Stay away if you can.

CVS's customer service was extremely disappointing during my recent visit. They forced all customers to wait in line at the drive-through because of a gate issue, which resulted in over 1 1/2 hours of waiting time for just 10 people in line. This was a terrible experience, and I would advise others not to shop or get their medication filled here.

Agree with others, CVS in general is not well known for its customer service, but this one has the most incompetent and rude employees of them all.It took forever (and many unanswered phone calls resulting in hours of wasted time) to get my prescriptions transferred from another CVS because they kept screwing up the orders. Once transferred, that is when I truly entered the ninth circle of hell.I first tried going to the store directly. There was a line of 15 people waiting for one pharmacy clerk, and the line was not moving. Of course, it was 1 o'clock on a weekday, and they close at 1:30 pm for lunch, regardless of how many people were standing in line. So I went home and tried to call. The pharmacy WILL NOT answer the phone. Halfway through the usual half-hour wait time, someone picks up the phone and hangs up. I called the store manager, who would not help, and transferred me to the pharmacy while I was asking her not to, only to suffer the same horrific wait. This is unacceptable but also explains why the store employees have no accountability.The only reason I still go there is because my healthcare insurance forces me to use CVS, which is why I am guessing they still have any customers left at all. I will definitely try to change which insurance plan I have during the next open enrollment so I am not held hostage by this sad excuse for a pharmacy.

I'm calling to get my prescription and it's never ready NEVER. The I gotta stay on hold for 45 DAMN MINUTES. Wtf. Who runs the pharmacy that we have to wait on the phone that long. thy just sit there and look at the phone ringing. I sat home until I was on hold for 30 minutes. Then I drove there and was still on hold. that's terrible customer service. If no one wants to work send everyone home and let someone else make the money. Even the pharmacist is rude as hell.

The people that work at this pharmacy are SO incompetent. Can't spell names, never have refills ready, lines are ALWAYS long and NO customer service... hate that Laurel-Bowie is closed. 0 stars

This is 1 star ONLY because 0 is not an option.Meds that I need are out of stock, and they do not order them or give any notification. They do not answer the phone.And this time, I've been waiting to get the meds for over a week. I just checked the app, and they canceled both refills, with a message to call if I still need them. If I hadn't needed them, I wouldn't have refilled them.Worse than useless- this pharmacy is harmful, just randomly canceling refills I need. Avoid like the plague.

Good location and nice pharmacy. They had good stuff and service was quick . Lots of parking outside . They had a walk-in pharmacy and they help us well. Good experience overall ..

CVS in Target at Corridor Marketplace - has been going downhill for a while. It used to be great! We finally had to move our prescriptions to another CVS after not only slow service but a particularly rude and incompetent experience about a year ago. Against my better judgement, I scheduled an appointment for my annual flu shot there today (10/11/22) because it was the most convenient time and location. Convenient and scheduled appointment being the operative words. I arrived ten minutes BEFORE my SCHEDULED appointment and stood there for 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Only one person was there for a vaccine - he was there when I arrived and left within minutes. The other two lines - one for drop off and one for pick up - was manned by two employees so there was not a deluge of customers nor was it an extremely busy time. Again, I HAD APPOINTMENT. After finally being "brought over" it took another 15 minutes to prepare the dose, have me sign the acknowledgment (mind you I completed all paperwork online prior to arriving and checked in before even entering the store), and give me the shot. I was there for 40 minutes - something that should have taken 10. I would expect this if I was a walk in. !Absolutely ridiculous.

I would not recommend using this pharmacy. I had 2 encounters with someone by the name of Ana. Her attitude was most unprofessional. Beyond the fact that she stood in my face arms crossed she proceeded to roll her eyes when I inquired why my prescription wasn't ready when my doctor had called it in at 5 and it was now after 7. She told me that it would be 30 minutes. When I returned after 30 minutes my prescription was still not ready she gave more attitude rolled her eyes a bit more and told me that she would go to prepare my script. Not 5 minutes go by and the script is still not ready but she's back at the counter helping the next customer. Now I understand I'm not the only customer here but honestly.

I visited this CVS today and i wanted to check out at the pharmacy, because I had two packages of surgery bandaids and I wanted to ask about COVID testing. However, before I could finish she told me to go check up front because she was too busy to wait on me. The level of customer service cannot be the standard of CVS. I left the store and bought my items at Walgreens. There were three lady's behind the counter and neither of them intervened after hearing her comments. So I will not be going back to this location and I don't recommend this local. If that don't care about you, why would they care about you getting the proper medication.

I love that this is a 24 hour CVS but I would recommend that you call to check if they have what you need on the shelf, before taking your prescription there. Communication is not the best. Only one with a drive thru but that's not always open and you don't find out until you're at the window. They used to be awesome! I think COVID changed a lot. Luckily my parents are only here for vaccines.

This CVS has an optical eye care center inside. Unique and Kevin were the most helpful people ever the day I came in. They seemed extremely experienced and were helpful. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase contacts or glasses. They'll make sure you make the right decision.
