Horrible Customer! I waited in line for 15 minuets. The pharmacist refused to help me, saying they were closed. She also told me she didn’t care how long I waited in line. She went on to say, “It didn’t matter to her that I got in line when they were open.” She said, “I don’t care.” “It doesn’t matter to me.” When asked the manager Kieth for assistance, he ignored me. Horrible! I am transferring all my prescriptions.

Terrible service , especially at the pharmacy, gave me a hard time for my 2 year old medication, kept questioning my reasons for a certain medicine for my child . Very unprofessional.

CVS is my Number 1 neighborhood store, great deals more than the other pharmacies and they have a request sales in household items (frozen, foods, ice cream, juices and sport drinks,and especially my over the counter drugs that I use for my medications!

This store lacks customer service. I was looking for a COVID test. No one would assist me and finally was told they didn’t have any in the store. I was sent to isle five only to find candy. While at the self check out i was told by a staff member to read. This location is the closet to my house. I think next time i will try Walgreens.

This is by far the best CVS. I’ve come across yet Spechel she is so great. She will help me by walking through the isles help me find the items I am looking for Miss Yoon some days I come in there and I don’t have enough funds to cover my entire purchase she will go to her own purse and ensure that I would be able to get it out of there CVS. You guys keep up the great work with the CVS staff on Laurel Bowie Road I love you guys for your help take care.

I had a wonderful experience at this CVS location and it was all thanks to the customer service representative who helped us out. She went above and beyond helping us use the self checkout and then on the register. She patiently helped me use my coupons and never lost her friendliness. Even the officer at the front door greeted us! As far as products, I found everything I came in looking for. I was pleasantly surprised ??

Laurie was very rude. She argued with me and had very little patience. You know the staff is bad when there is a sign up front saying, “we think our staff is pretty great, please use kind words.”

This is the WORST place to pick up your prescription!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE. I get these technicians hate their job and salary but this is where they chose to work. It’s frustrating the customers have to suffer for their choices.
