Had my scripts from a different CVS moved over here because the other CVS had awful service. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this CVS. People answer the phone when you call, your prescriptions get filled timely, and even if there is a long line at pick up, the staff is efficient and it moves quickly. Never waited more than 10 mins to pick up, and that was during tue holidays when it was crazy hectic. Def recommend.

They told me to wait 30 minutes and pick up the prescription, 5 minutes later I got a cvs notification that it was ready, so I went back inside. They immediately closed up for lunch and said I had to wait an hour.

I drop off a prescription the pharmacist said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. I came back an hour later and it was never even processed. I had to wait another 30 minutes. The service is horrible and unprofessional. I’m going to try to avoid picking up medice at any cvs. Very disappointed.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Laurel area. They have a high turnover rate with their staffing. Always new people. They seem to not know what they are doing. The pharmacist that was there yesterday when I visited was rude and need to be in-serviced on customer service, how not to talk to the customers as if they are your children. She seemed stressed out and yelling. People go to the pharmacy to pick up their medications not to deal with rudeness and incompetence. Target customer service says the pharmacy is just renting the space and can't help That is why I will avoid this Target CVS location from now on.

I have been using the is pharmacy for many years and have noticed they are too busy to pay attention to details. I was dispensed a wrong medication that caused me to have a serious side effect. Since the Rx was a new medication for a medicine that is only for men, and I am a woman, someone should have checked with my doctor office! Also, for all new medications there should be a consultation to ensure the patient knows what they are receiving and possible side effects. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had numerous issues with this pharmacy. I use it because the staff used to be friendly but now seem to have attitudes and no idea about customer service. They’re have been numerous times I’ve needed prescriptions refilled and wanted them mailed but their site is down and they have no response as to why and their only answer is to come to the pharmacy. I work from home and I’m slightly disabled and unable to get there during regular times. They need to be better.

It’s been a good experience coming here, the employees and the pharmacist are very competent and I’m satisfied with the level of service.

Yesterday I had an appointment scheduled to receive my first booster shot. Dilan was awesome from the initial greeting throughout the entire 15 minutes plus observation process.I wasn't aware that the vaccine would take effect within minutes of the injection which caused my energy level to plummet leaving me feeling very lethargic. Dilan was attentive.. provided a place for me to sit so that I could recuperate. I had my 1 year old with me so in order to keep him calm in his stroller I would constantly get up and move around. The other target employees were so patient and kind to both me and my baby during this difficult time frame. From the cashier ( a middle age lady) with long dark brown hair; her name escapes me, to a younger gentleman who had locks in his hair who works I think in inventory, to Michael who worked the Pizza Hut food station and another lady who was of slender build; with silver toned hair she appeared to be a supervisor took time to check on me during the 4 1/2 time frame that it took me to recuperate. About 3 hours into my process; Dilan checked my vitals to make sure I was not in urgent need of care and when I informed him that I was experiencing some coordination concerns he advised me to go to Patient First. So once one of my closest friends and her daughter were able to arrive to Target; they took me and my son to Patient First. Dilan... Thank you very much for showing care and consideration! GOD sent you to be my guardian Angel yesterday! To all of the Target employees above mentioned... thank you for you kindness .

I've been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years now, and I've had some pretty bad experiences going here. There's a lot of terrible customer service with real sour attitudes. But to be fair, not ALL the pharmacists are rude, just a couple. There is one pharmacist who constantly interrupts you then would repeat the same questions because they didn't hear what you said. And there is another one who does not know what they are talking about when you ask questions. They look like they aren't too sure on what they're telling you and when you go home to research the answer, it turns out they really had no idea what they're talking about because they were completely wrong. And to sweeten the deal, when you take your meds the next morning, you realize they gave you the wrong amount of pills. And yes they frequently do that. You could be paying $20 for 30 pills and they only give you 20 pills. They do this to everyone that I know who goes there. So I would save your time, and get your prescriptions at another cvs or from another store that has a pharmacy!
