Poor communication.
Not paying attention to details for treatment. Superior is rude and she needs more training for how to be take care of patients service.
This place need more experience nurses.

The worst place right now !!!!!!! The supervisors wasn’t patient at all and not responsible persons. No empathy for patients with no speak English speakers and many medical conditions. Races people work here. The female supervisor are very friendly and polite with male patient only. I can’t believe supervisor shouted and used high tone when my mom asked question the one who didn’t speak English. Patient need to wait and sitting in the waiting area hours to be treated. They blocked the window mirror to see from patient waiting area because they want to hide their tardiness for shift change. Superiors need more training for patient service. They need more qualified and experienced nurses as well for better service for dialysis patients . Supervisor couldn’t do her job well when I compare to previous supervisor because my mom was there more than 5years .

Not going to sugar coat anymore. If you need dialysis this is the last place you want to be. If you show up for your treatment there is no guarantee you will even get that treatment. Two Mondays in a row is unacceptable. First Monday showed up and had to go home because they did not call and let me know they were not doing treatments that day. Second Monday showed.up and was told they were running late and was put on for treatment over an hour late. Not only that but they cut my treatment short. When you start affecting peoples health its time to be held accountable. Sad part is I have a lot more stories but it would take way too long and they are not worth the time. Too bad you can't give a negative score. It would be-10.

Receptionist Jeanne is very rude , never available at front desk & and acts as if everyone is bothering her.

Very rude, does not answer phone and the doctors do not care, only there for a quick buck, need better education and better etiquette for patients. I took my mother in for treatment and the woman has a nasty attitude, looked at us like we were bothering her.

RUN!! Davita of Laurel is the WORST!!!!!!! The water is constantly not working!!!!!!! They have patients sitting in the waiting area, no social distancing, waiting sometimes hours to be treated!!!! Some of the staff members are RUDE and show no empathy for the patients. SMDH!!!!!!!!!
