Staff was excellent. Beds were clean and comfortable. Floors, carpets in the hallways and rooms were dirty and stained. Poor repairs, renovations, and maintenance bring down this property. So much felt dark and dirty. Will look elsewhere when I am back in the area. It just did not feel clean.
Rooms: Dirty carpets, low tech, no fridge or microwave, shower glass partition was removed and replaced by a shower curtain that did not work. Toilet constantly ran.
Nearby activities: Plenty to do .
Walkability: Not recommended.

We stayed here to attend a hockey tournament for our grandson.
The staff at this hotel are friendly and very helpful! The room was very roomy and pretty clean. The toilet ran, constantly, and was extremely small and low. It was, also, very loose. Not a fan!
The Mexican restaurant that is attached, is lovely! Nice bar, decent food, ok prices, and VERY attentive servers! We went there for lunch and back for drinks, later on, and had the same positive experience!
Our whole family stayed here and, for the most part, everyone was satisfied. I would stay here,again
Nearby activities: Went for a hockey tournament. This hotel was, about, 20 minutes from one of the rinks and, only, 10 minutes from the other.
Lots of restaurants and stores in the area.

This hotel is nice and the staff is great. Natacha at the front desk is amazing. She always goes above and beyond. She recognizes me right when I walk in the door. Any hotel would be lucky to have Natacha on their staff.

The website says they have room service. Called front desk and was informed they don't. Hot water in shower was only warm. The body wash container was empty in the shower. As a Diamond member was informed the $15 credit could only be used for breakfast at the restraunt on-site. I would have stayed at the Hampton Inn had I known this ahead of time. Do not trust the website with their amenities. As a Hilton loyalist this is one property to avoid at all costs.

Amazing hospitality! We (a collegiate sports team) stayed here for a tournament weekend and had the best hospitality we had seen all season! Olivia, the Sales And Marketing Director, made the booking and overall process seamless! She was able to accommodate all of our needs as a large group. Upon arrival, the staff had put together a “Good Luck” set up for our team. They had water bottles, cookies, balloons, and a decorated ball. My players absolutely loved it! The overall experience was nothing short of amazing! We would recommend anyone to stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Laurel MD!

Nothing remarkable about this hotel. Slightly worn and dated. For the price, I expected better.
The next night I tried a competing hotel in the Baltimore region, and for less money I got a better value plus free breakfast.
On the positive side, the room had a nice bathroom, that was crisp and clean. This was the best thing about this hotel.
Nothing terrible. It was very ok.

What a beautiful hotel for holding private and corporate events. They have a few different sized ballrooms and a fantastic atrium. Stop by and check them out.
Food and drinks: I have held a couple of events at this hotel. The staff and food has been amazing.
Noteworthy details: Plenty of free parking.

Edit- I was charged for La curva restaurant but after speaking to manager they added my food credit.
Be aware at this property food credit is only good for breakfast not for LA curva the attached restaurant. There is a language barrier. And restaurant will charge you for items they don't have. Ie, no red snapper substituted for talapia. Or over charge you for tacos. Just watch your bill. Which is unfortune Becuase the resturant manager is very nice.

I have mixed feeling about this place.
I arrived at 10.30pm on a Friday after a long drive. Was easy to find parking.
While checking in I asked for a signiture double tree cookie. I was told they were no longer giving cookies becuase they had given to many out that evening to other guests??? I'm sorry how much money have myself and other guests just paid you yet you won't serve the brands staple point cookies???I received a text the following day asking about my stay, I informed of this and didn't seem to change anything.
Another time I tried in early afternoon and was told they don't serve till check in time. (after 4)
Breakfast is 18$ per person.
Basic hot drip coffee is 4$
Onsite restaurant is extremely over priced for small portion mediocre Mexican fare. I was told my diamond food credit may or may not work. No one's seemed to know the correct answer. (edit-- does not work)
Room was large and comfortable. But showed signs of abuse. Paint chips off some walls. Old carpets. Paint patch places. Extremely small mini fridge.
No cleaning service availible during a 3 day stay.
There is plenty of parking for all sizes of vehicles.
They do have large banquet rooms.
The wifi fluctuates between 3-10 mbps download. Would hope for better internet.
Gym was a decent size with plenty of machines.
There is a big difference between morning staff and evening. Morning feeling alot more hospitipal then evening.

We were a large group touring for the holiday weekend. Front desk staff were overwhelmed, very few rooms had refrigerators, no room service bed turn over without an explanation. Lastly, no signature cookies 🍪 were available to us because we were ‘a group’ as one of the personnel told us. But in general clean and efficient.
